He is currently under medication Clopitab A75 GTN sorbate CR 2.6 Tellzy 40 RIGHT KNOW HIS BLOOD PRESSURE GONE TOO HIGH What can I do for lower the blood pressure Bp-145/103.feeling dizziness currently.

My grandfather,93, is a high bp and hypertension patient, nowadays his feet are swelling for some reasons. and he is having chest pains. He currently takes gtn sorbitrate 2.6 cr twice a day and amlokind 10 mg with the quikhale 250 sf inhaler. Can you tell me why his feet are swelling and prescribe a medicine. Thanks.

My anal fissure is completely healed. But still sometimes I feel sharp sudden pain and cramps in anus for a few seconds almost 4,5 times a day. Why is it happening so? Also I have a tiny external hemorrhoid I only feel during wiping after bowel otherwise it's small. I do sitz bath 2 times a day, apply GTN + xyloaid and tronolene cream. Why still the sharp cramps sometimes?

I hve gt cough since 1. 5month, initially it ws jst light cough bt now increased so last week I took ambrodil-s for 3 days n it helped btbi had to discontinue bcz I ws gtn tremors n causing acidity. Dear Doctor, We have treated our mom before 2 months. Adviced us Axcer 90 mg, Atocor 20mg, ecospirin, gtn sorbitrtate, olmezest and eltroxin for thyroid problem. . Now my question can we stop the axcer 90 mg as we have taken it from past 3 months . As the tablet price of axcer is high. We are unable to procure the same. I had undergone PTCA in july 2016.Post PTCA cardiologist prescribed Deplatt CV 10, Monit GTN6.4 and BP medicine as AMLODAC 5/50. For diabetes, ZITA PLUS 20, 1 week back i got admitted in local hospital with nausea, bitter taste in mouth. Doctor dignosed it as Acute gastritis and advised to discontinue Aspirin and continue with clopidogrel only. My blood test reveals that platelet count is 1,10,000. Kindly advise whether it is safe to discontinue Aspirin 75 or go for lower dose of aspirinsay 50 or 25 for a cardiac patient like me.

A few months ago I had anal fissure and after a lot of medications and efforts, 2 weeks ago Dr. Said now it is healed. I also feel no scratch or tear while applying ointment but from last 3 days my anus has become so much tight that even I can't apply ointment easily and cannot defecate my bowels easily, though there is no tear and scratch in the area. I also feel pressure in anus. What should I do now? I'm doing sitz bath 2 times daily and GTN+ Xylocaine 2 times daily but anus is still very tight.
