Recently Answered Questions on Medroxyprogesterone

My average cycle is 28.my last period dates were November 16 and Dec 11.Dec 11 was my last cycle. Now it is January 19. No period yet. I have done a pregnancy test after 2 days of missed period. It was negative. Then I again teso 6 days after missed period. It was also negative. Now I again tested after 8 days of missed period with earlyorning urine. It was also negative. We had Intercourse on 13 days ago. After how many days of unprotected Intercourse can we test for pregnancy? When should I repeat the test. I forgot to mention that after 3 days of missed period I take 10 MG medroxyprogesterone tab twice a day for 5 days.

I had my periods on 26th August. ME and my partner was together on 12th September even though intercourse was not there I got tensed about pregnancy when I missed my periods on 26th September, so I started medroxyprogesterone from 29th September and I tested on 3rd October with pregnancy kit at home and blood test at diagnosis center both showed negative and I got my periods on 6th October. Again my periods was due on 6th November but I dint get my periods. ME and my partner was not together after 12th September. Is there still possible for pregnancy or any other issues for delay in periods? Kindly help me

I had my periods on 26th August. ME and my partner was together on 12th September but intercourse was not there but I was tensed about pregnancy when I dint get my periods on 26th September so I started medroxyprogesterone from 29.9.2021 for 5 days and I tested for pregnancy both beta hcg and urine test on 3rd October both came negative.however I got my periods on 6th October then we were not together after 12th September but I just tested with home kit on 3rd and 5th November both came negative. My periods should be on 6th November but I dint get my periods what might be the reason could you please help me out?

I never had any problem with my period, but since this January, I had a light period, and it's stopped after seven days; in February, I got my period on the date, and it was light for 15 days. And from 16 days, it was heavy for seven days, and then I went to my gynecologist, who advised me medroxyprogesterone for ten days. I took it for seven days and stopped, then again, the bleeding start after two days of not taking medicine. Now it's the kind-up heavy period on my 4th day. Blood clots also there; I never had this type of clots before, so I am guessing it's for the medicine, as I am staying in the united state, here doctor didn't suggest me for ultrasound, I don't have any kind-up pain, just mild cramp due to bleeding. I am planning for a baby; I just wanted to know is there any severe kind of issue I should take more precautions??

I got my last periods on 19 th Jan and last till 30 th Jan and after six days gap the bleeding started again and till now it is continuing my gyne recommend medroxyprogesterone for ten days then also it didn't stopped  then she gave  norethisterone for 21 days 12 days passed with this tablets but still bleeding is coming...this month my period date also came 18 Feb I again got more bleeding now...now they gave styptovit e for 5 days and ask to continue norethisterone after which... My ultrasound scan shows my uterus and ovaries are normal...then my blood reports are also normal my T3,T4,TSH everything was normal why this bleeding not yet stopped till now?

I have detected with PCOS by ultrasound scan on may 3rd. My period is due by april 26th and sexually active on april 11(no ejaculation). Did upts on april 29,may 1 & may 3 all came negative. For more confirmation I did beta hcg test on may 5th which also came out negative. I consulted my gynaec as she gave me medroxyprogesterone for 5 days. I completed the dose on may 8th. And now iam having little bit of spotting mixed with brown and red colour. Is this normal ?? In how many days i'll get my usual period flow?  Or should i wait for few more days? I was scared because this could be any implantation bleeding ? This didn't happened to me before so I'm paranoid rightnow. I have got my periods on Jan 19 to jan23 after which 6 days gap again I got bleeding so I went to hsptl they gave me medroxyprogesterone 5mg for 21 days...but it didn't stopped even after taking this tablet 10days so I again went to hospital they asked me to take a scan of abodomen..and ask to take blood test..and my results were in scan - no abnormality detected...in blood test also everything was normal then my gyne gave northeistrone norgest tablets for 21 days 5mg even after taking this tablet for one week also my bleeding was not stopped but it reduced...so again I went to my gyne she told me take 5mg morning and 5mg night this norgest tablet from feb21 and continue till March 4th now it had stopped but when I wipe my discharge it has some red strings or small thread like red strings and sometimes the discharge itself is yellow in colour and after stopping this she asked me to take regesterone 5mg for 21 days??is there any problem??? Why she suggested me to take regesterone tablet

I hv eaten medroxyprogesterone firstly for 5 days BD ND wait upto 10 days no periods then again my gyne suggest it to eat TD for 3 days still no periods It's been 100 days of no periods and my last sex was on 25 Aug then Sept Oct Nov Dec and 6th Jan periods are coming from 6th Jan there's no periods till now  still for surity I tested 4 times and pregnancy kit show hcg negative with one pink line on Red My thyroid and blood report is normal What from I m suffering? My periods blood is not coming as usual it's staying in vagina only not coming out naturally from 19 September it's started i thought periods will be coming as last month same thing happened from 8th of August saw blood spotting and on 10th of August my periods hit but this time blood is coming out when i pee or i put my finger in. Hello, I Am A 31yr old female, I have always had irregular periods, my previous one was in February 2017 lasted about 14 days, the one before that was in May 2016, so I've always only got a period once a year. I finally got in to see a doctor, she wanted me to start birth control for hormone purpose, she have me medroxyprogesterone, I took for 10 days then started my period April 10th 2017, I started my BC Low-Ogestrel the first day of my period, now I have been heavily bleeding non-stop for 21 days, no sign of stopping anytime soon, when I went for my checkup, my hematocrit and blood count was extremely low, she put me on Ferrous sulfate, also my thyroid was low, my thyroid hormones and antibodies were high, the doctor said basically they are working against each other, so she started me on a low dose of levothyroxine, I'm still bleeding and like I said it is still very heavy, what should I do now?
