I have been taking Medroxyprogesterone 10mg for 3 months straight to treat hyperplasia... now that I've been cleared of the hyperplasia how long before I could start a bleed

I got my periods yesterday night..i took medroxyprogesterone from 13-15 march 3times 3 days..upt is negative yesterday..it means i m not pregnant?my cycles are generally of 35-39 days..last period was on 18 jan..

I was diagnosed with pcos.  Got my last period on 19 January. Started taking medroxyprogesterone from 29th January as per my doctor's instructions. I was spotting on 9th Feb and on 17th February. Today is 24th February I've not gotten my periods yet. Periods were supposed to come on 19 again so that the my doctor could start the birth control pills for treatment of pcos. I haven't got my periods yet. I took 10 tablets of medroxyprogesterone, stopped taking on 7. I've not got my periods yet. Why is that? Why no periods after taking medroxyprogesterone?
