Hi doctor, I have recently delivered a baby and was told to take raricap 100 and corcium d3 daily. Also mashyne 60k vitd3 capsule once every week. Problem is I'm having hard stool whenever I take raricap.I stopped it and saw tht my stool normalised. But due to me becoming anemic post delivery,doc advised me to take these for a year. I have bleeding sometimes bcs of the hard stool. Plz suggest me what to do as I can't stop iron supplements. Also suggest if any other suppliment or medicine I can take to ease my stool.

Hello, I'm having hair loss after delivery. I can see my hair strands falling when I comb and little on the floor when I mop the floor. I'm taking ferrum sip homepathy iron tonic and corcium d3 daily. I'm also taking mashyne 60k vit d3 table once a week. I don't have thyroid or bp or any other health condition..nor do I have worms and there is no history of balding.Also my hair is not having any pattern in hairfall..they are just falling. I don't have dandruff also..just my scalp is oily these days due to summer.im using parachute oil for hair and head and shoulders for hair. plz suggest oils and shampoo that can help me control and stop hair fall. Also any suppliment I should take

I haven't get periods from 2 months and my last period day was 30th Nov 2018.took emergency contraceptive pill on 2dec 2018 as I am sexually active.after tht till now period not started. already consulted gynecologist nd took all tests but everything was alright. Hormones, thyroid etc came normal.no pregency too. Doctor said it might be because of stress nd gave axbex tablet, mashyne, mychiro, azifresh, forcan, secnil forte. But till today periods not started pls help what needs to be done. Please help for starting periods as I never got missed periods problem before but this tym after 30th Nov 2018 the missed period problem started. Please help to start periods again.
