I am suffering from ulcerative colitis from over 3 years now. I am on Mesacol OD 1200mg (twice), Ivepred 4 mg (once, has been reduced from 8mg recently), Folitive (once), Pantocid (once), veenat (once) and neotrexate 15 mg (once a week). Please suggest if the treatment is fine. And is this problem curable. Every time I redue the steroids my bleeding increases

I am suffering from breathing issue from quiet a few weeks. My oxygen level is 99 or 98. Long back doctor has prescribed deriphyllin retrad which I took one today. How many days I should take? Or should I take any other medicine? Also I got jerk in my neck and shoulder due to exercises. I am taking nexpro 250 but not much of a relief. *Medical condition: colitis - taking mesacol od twice a week and underweight*

I was diagnosed with IBD (Crohn's colitis) and on mesacol OD tabs since 3 weeks. Got TB skin test and gene xpert from intestine biopsy as negative. My gastro doctor still wants me to put on ATT trial with akurit-4 (4 tabs per day) as I still have on and off fever (99-102). Is it safe to have ATT even if I don't actually have TB? Are the side effects dangerous? I will have periodic LFT as per the doctor's prescription.

In February 2017 i was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. Gastroenterologist prescribed Rowasa 1gm twice a day. After treatment i was feeling well. However, since May 2019 started bleeding in stools. I have to go 4 to 5 to pass stools. After consultation Doctor doubled the dose of medicine and suggested to use 2 Mesacol suppositories daily. Soliciting the kind advice.

I have diarrhoea associated with ulcerative coltis. Can I take lomeramide tablet for immediate stopping diarrhoea as temp relief .currently I have only semi solid tool without any blood .frequency is 5 -6 times .also having bowel incontinence. Hello Dr, I am facing sudden hair fall from last 2-3 weeks. After bath or apply oil so much hair fall. I was covid positive in May end and took treatment for the same. I'm a patient of Ulcerative colities and I've been using mesacol Od for the same. I'm feeling pain in the anus while passing stool. There's blood in the stool at times as well which might be due to ulcers but then the pain in the anus is not just while passing stools even when I sit normally or sleep it pains . Also when I touch i feel theres small ulcer kind of thing at the anal opening which is the reason for pain. Is that anal fissures? Or piles ? Or something else.? What shoud I do??

I am a 48 y.o. patient of ulcerative colitis and presently on cortisteroid and immunosuppressants (Mesacol OD, Predmet, Azoran 50) but still I got extreme flare ups in recent times on which doctor increased doses and also advised foam enema. I have rheumotoid arthritis also. Now in my office (in Mumbai) I have been advised to get COVID-19 vaccine administered. Is it safe for me to take vaccine in such inflammed stomach condition ?

Sir, I have been suffering from crohn's disease for last 1yr taking mesacol od and azoran tablets for that now ,my main sexual problem is while I do speak with a women(she is my colleague)or thinking about her a sticky watery fluid comes out from my panis.This  problem  was also present before my marriage. For your information I am a married man I have a 7 yrs old child. Because the women is my colleague hence I will not be able to avoid her. I have quick discharge problem also, please help me.
