I m taking medicines on the recomendation of varios ENT doctors e.g Montair lc, ebast tab, cetrizine hcl, various nasal sprays, mucinac 600 , Physiomer hypertonic nasal spray etc for the last one year, for PND, excess mucous dripping in the throat, when sticky causing lot of irritation . Citiscan is showing my nasal septum deviated to one side. Kindly guide me . Should I go for endoscopic septoplasty,No problem of respiration. Only post nares are sometimes blocked due to sticky mucous & cause lot of irrtation. Suggest the appropriate ENT SURGEON. I m retired vety surgeon. Dr S P SACHDEVA

Doctors - 2 years back I was detected with UTI, but later ruling all other symptoms and tests I was detected with overactive bladder and then later developed INS too because of stress. However, is been 2 years and I have tried all medicines like Dariten 10mg for overactive bladder and Rifamaxin for IBS. However I still have the symptoms when I I go out in places where I cannot assure myself that there will be washrooms available readily. This fear has led to loss of social life and lack of travel. I have also started avoiding business travels and have been affected by the job now for a long time now. It's been 3 years and nothing has seemed to work out. Whenever I go out I feel like I would leak or pass stools. I take a loperamide (Immodium) whenever I have to out but urine is still avoidable. I know there is no cure to it but still can anybody help me relieve symptoms while travelling? Specially happens before leaving home and worry of not having washrooms around.

Hi My Self DIPAK , Currently working in Shanghai china .I have done a routine health check up here last month and during check up doctor has reported a observation of premature heart beats 10 /minute .I consulted a cardiologist here but as we known doctors are not so experienced here in china so i have not satisfied with the consulation. Hi there, I was having constipation for about 2 days, only last night I had the urge to defecate. My stool were pretty hard. What I noticed was fresh red blood on my stools. I did not feel any pain, no trouble defecating also. I went and check with my GP and he gave me suppositories ( Ultraproct = Fluocortolone Pivalate + Lidocaine HCL ). No abdominal pain during physical examin.I did not use it because I was scared as I have never before used any medicine via anus. I only ate 1 bisacoldyl tab last night 5mg. This morning I took 2 more tabs of bisacodyl each 5mg so total 10mg and i had a pretty good bowel movement. Went to the toilet and defecate, there was no blood, no pain, just slight tingly sensation with very small to tiny burning sensation ( completely not bothering me at all ) maybe because the stools were still big and hard. So do I have to use those suppositories today or no need? Should I use it as a precautionary step ? Even if I did use it? Is it safe? Thank you very much.

It is informed to you that she is having thyroid ( TSH:1.40 U/ml) . She felt heavy stomach by passing the day. At night her tummy feels like balloon. In sonography we came to know that she has gastric folds and some ammont of acid. Her haemoglobin level is ok it is 12.5 and other blood reports are normal. Vitamin B 12 level is 352 pg/ml. Before one year she had major problem of sour salvia in mouth.She felt angry some time without any reason and emotional some time. She had one other problem of joint pain in her fingers specially after a sleep either in morning or afternoon. She also felt more Hungary. From last one month she is having swelling in her leg. From last one week she is complaining about little pain in stomach at left side. Also her nail are getting break. I first noticed something was wrong when one day after having one beer, A burning sensation was in my chest. I could feel gas bubbles going up my throats but i couldn't burp. After trying to drink another beer it got so bad that the only thing i could do was throw up. I would say this happeneds 2 out of 3 i try drinking. That was a few years ago now this may happen even when i don't drink but i know alcohol can accelerate it very fast. Once i throw up i feel a lot better and sometimes i can contine drinking the rest of the night, but most times it comes back. I wad told my a doctor that i do have acid reflux and a hiatal hernia. I took medicine which didn't work. I always thought this happened because i had too much acid in my stomach. But i read that it could be a lack of acid? After hearing that i decided to try Betaine HCL... it feels like it's working but i'm not sure if i should be taking this. Does anyone know if it's lack of acid or too much acid?
