Hi Doctor, I am looking for a solution to my 2 months old baby who had 3 surgeries at age 17 days, 19 days, and 1 month due to malrotation. 40cm of her small intestine were taken off. It's been exactly 1 month after the last surgery and she's having loose stool right after feeding her a formula. Loperamide Cap, Metrogyl, RX Plus Drops, Vit D3 Drops, and Tummy Soft Drops are being adviced. Despite a month of treatment, she's still having severe loose stool (20+ times a day). Lately, her stool started containing mucus-type blood in a little amount occasionally. Please help! The rashes on her butts too aren't healing even after applying Cutisoft Cream and Clotrimazol twice each everyday, and Coconut Oil in between. Please help my baby so that her diarrhea/loose stool stops ASAP and her rashes heal. Thank you.

Doctors - 2 years back I was detected with UTI, but later ruling all other symptoms and tests I was detected with overactive bladder and then later developed INS too because of stress. However, is been 2 years and I have tried all medicines like Dariten 10mg for overactive bladder and Rifamaxin for IBS. However I still have the symptoms when I I go out in places where I cannot assure myself that there will be washrooms available readily. This fear has led to loss of social life and lack of travel. I have also started avoiding business travels and have been affected by the job now for a long time now. It's been 3 years and nothing has seemed to work out. Whenever I go out I feel like I would leak or pass stools. I take a loperamide (Immodium) whenever I have to out but urine is still avoidable. I know there is no cure to it but still can anybody help me relieve symptoms while travelling? Specially happens before leaving home and worry of not having washrooms around.

Recently I did regular blood checkup in that I have b12 deficiency (122 pg/ml) and vitamin D deficiency (6.60ng/ml) so I have been prescribed with 5 b12 injections on alternate days (which I took) and then B12 tablets for 2 months daily. Vitamin D3 one small liquid solution of 60k IU weekly for 2 months After taking B12  injections and since I started taking Vitamin B12 tablets lot of pimples are appearing on face is it because of b12 supplement? If yes should I take b12 on alternate days instead of daily? 1 tablet contains 1500 mcg methylcobalamin, 100 mg alpha lipoic acid, 3 mg pyridoxine hcl, 1.5 mg folic acid, 1000 IU vitamin D3

I have following symptoms - - anxiety, depression - brain fog, difficulty concentrating, memory problems - insomnia, unable to sleep straight 7-8 hours, wakeup in the middle of the night, avg deep sleep less than 50 min - feeling sleepy during day, always feeling tried - excessive sweating - dry skin and itching in scrotum and leg mostly below keen, no problems with nails - white and scalloped tongue, always white no effect of scraping or mouthwash (chlorhexidine) - bad breath ––––––– Pulse - 78 Bp - 130/80 Sugar - 98 random Taking itraforce 100mg oral(itraconazole), terbinafin HCl for itching, beplex forte since 1 month but no improvement.  am I suffering from thyroid problem or candida overgrowth or something else? What blood or other tests should I do to determine?

Hi My Self DIPAK , Currently working in Shanghai china .I have done a routine health check up here last month and during check up doctor has reported a observation of premature heart beats 10 /minute .I consulted a cardiologist here but as we known doctors are not so experienced here in china so i have not satisfied with the consulation. Hi there, I was having constipation for about 2 days, only last night I had the urge to defecate. My stool were pretty hard. What I noticed was fresh red blood on my stools. I did not feel any pain, no trouble defecating also. I went and check with my GP and he gave me suppositories ( Ultraproct = Fluocortolone Pivalate + Lidocaine HCL ). No abdominal pain during physical examin.I did not use it because I was scared as I have never before used any medicine via anus. I only ate 1 bisacoldyl tab last night 5mg. This morning I took 2 more tabs of bisacodyl each 5mg so total 10mg and i had a pretty good bowel movement. Went to the toilet and defecate, there was no blood, no pain, just slight tingly sensation with very small to tiny burning sensation ( completely not bothering me at all ) maybe because the stools were still big and hard. So do I have to use those suppositories today or no need? Should I use it as a precautionary step ? Even if I did use it? Is it safe? Thank you very much.
