Hi Doctors I got my right knee ACL injured and it is a grade 1 tear Doctor suggested omega 3 supplement and glucosamine hcl tablet for 3 months After 3 months of medicine I feel completely ok for walking.. Started with cold on Thursday followed by fever from afternoon. Took few cheston cold tablets. Visited doctor on Friday night. Doctor is on leave till Monday. My father will be travelling with an overnight bus journey of 12 hours,bus has no bathroom,bus stops at morning on 7 am, but in house his bowel is around 5 30 am, can he take imodium( loperamide) tablets to delay his bowels?

I moved to a new place one week ago , since then I have loose stools with mucus and blood particles(70%) in stool that resembles chilli flakes . I have taken ofloxacin ornidazole for few days , loperamide for one day ,currently on metronidazole (tds). Still I am having 5-6 times such stools . please help

I have been told to take 2 capsules (2mg loperamide + 200mg norfloxacin) + 2 tablets (sporlac) i.e. 4 tablets at one time both morning and evening just for 1 day. Are the 4 tablets too much or fine? Also is 1 day course sufficient or need to extend?
