Hi, am asking this question behalf of my mother. She has pain around back of neck and that shifts to head. It's like muscle cramps. She is under thyroid medication for long time. She is not in sever pain, but feeling discomfort from past one week. Please help me in understanding the issue and probably any medication to ease down the issue. Thanks!

I have been suffering from anal fissure and external piles for the last 2 weeks. I have a small cut near anus and a small lump near anus. I have constipation and IBS. I am feeling discomfort while sitting and bowel movement. Bleeding happened for the 1st 2 days. Then no bleeding. Pain in middle upper abdomen then slowly moves down to the center and finally in the lower abdomen with fever. pain is such that it is difficult to even move and gets relieved only with a painkiller like combiflam. waht can it be? Such has happened earlier also. No diarrhea or vomiting. Just don't feel like eating due to discomfort. Pls advise.

So, i have been suffering from itching burning on and off since a long time now, slight pain and burning in the urethra, itchy labia.. facing sexual discomforts.. tried alot of ointment and pessaries but it just wont go away!!! What should i do?
