Hi doctors, In recent days due to cold water I feel continuous discomfort in my throat. When I look in the mirror I see the small tongue inside throat has grown lengthier. Also the left and right sides also grown bigger. Every day I feels like I'm swelling something and it is affecting my day to day life. I am having very small painless ulcer in my left cheek just above the wisdom teeth from last 6 days. I don't have any sort of discomfort with it.
