My age is 73 years. Since last 4 days I am having discomfort and fullness in stomach. Consequently I am unable to take any solid food fearing that problem will be aggravated. Due to this problem I am not feeling hungry also. Please advice for treaement.

Minor swelling of one of the Rib bone
I was playing cricket and I got his by the ball on my left side of the ribs and I can feel the swelling of one the the ribs muscles. The pain is not intolerable.
But I feel pain only when I liye down or try to get up after sleeping, coughing or sneezing. How do I reduce the pain and increase the healing speed?
