Hello there....., I went through your query....
The testicles are very sensitive, and even a minor injury can cause testicle pain or discomfort.... Ice pack can help you get relief from the pain and swelling.... Don’t do anything, just take rest for 1-2 days and also limit your physical activity till the discomfort decreases.... Use an athletic supporter to support the scrotum and prevent testicle injury. This also helps to alleviate some discomfort and swelling....
