What is fibromyalgia and what is the treatment for it and how to confirm and sure with the fibromyalgia in which type of medical test in my case I only feel pain in my back neck to shoulder and front shoulder area in bone and also muscle in the morning time the pain is high in this side and also in my rib left side with the time the rib cramp type of pain manage automatically and the shoulder pain in normal conditions is normal if I do anything before practicing the pain in my shoulder come and goes when I m smiling and do any work sudden the pain occurs and also manage automatic and I am also a sportsman I want to know about healing of my problem and there is no other symptoms of fibromyalgia there is no headache no sleeping problem no gas problem nothing the Time by time my pain reduce but not completely reduce but in the early morning I felt so measurable pain in my shoulder side I m so struggling for waking up and sit in the body and the pain is normal in normal conditions last214d

Hello all, I have lots of burping and gas release. My stomach gets bloated as soon as I eat otherwise it's filled with lots of gas. The area where the rib cage meets and the chest is always tight and feels like its full of pressure, also my left side and neck are tight Its making me extremely fatigued all day and pain in the upper thoracic area. My doctor suggested Gonaton total once and actapro thrice a day for 15 days. My question is My first night on medication was horrible. I had severe nightmares and anxiety along with lots of uncomfort near the rib cage area. I woke up and was afraid to go back to sleep, It was like I was fading away and don't know what the reality is. I saw that Gonaton is not FDA approved in US and UK but is used widely in Asian countries and there's no enough drug interaction data for this medicine.(I'm on Daxid 150mg for the last one year) Kindly let me know if I am on the right path to curing whatever the problem I'm having. Response is highly appreciated.

I have pain in the hilighted area(for about 9 months now).I was walking back to home when it first happened.i felt pain in my right testis.the doc game me x-worm.i don't think it helped me. Then eventually as time passed the pain got minimised but its not gone.i feel it if I touch the testis at the right point(I am not pressing too hard cuz I know when I feel pain). After 6 months I sensed this pain crawling up to the right of my abdomen gradually over time and now I feel pain in the right side of abdomen too and in some chord connecting my testis to some uppe organ in right side of my abdomen(this is not constant). I was diagnosed with jaundice(billirubin=3),very low value.i have done x-ray,LFT,ivp,blood test,iron culture + infection test but everything is normal except LFT. And also when I touch my ribs near the right abdomen area I can hear my rib make noise as if I desplaced it to some distance. The pain worsens as I put some extra physical effor.I am really frustrated please help.

3-4yrs ago i had fallen flat on my chest one marble floor while swinging in the rod. At that time i didn't have any issue. But recently i have started having redness on the left side of my chest. When i try to stretch left ribs, i feel little pain inside as if some muscle is stuck and i m trying to pull it(if tried more cracking type of sound from ribs can be heard). However if i sit straight and keep my posture right, i m in much relief. But if i try too much to stretch my muscle redness occurs and can be seen with eyes near mammary area+little below. However during sleep i do not feel any pain as the muscle are in relaxed posture. After having a meal,some kind of burning sensation can be felt. I have done xrays and MRI but all the report says everything is normal. Am i suffering from anykind of allergy or what exactly is it. Please help me with some medicines.

I have been experiencing occasional pain on the right side, below the ribs, for about 3 months. The pain stopped completely for some time but started occurring occasionally again. I had an ultrasound, which showed mild hepatomegaly (mildly enlarged liver). I took two bottles of Adlive, after which the pain improved, but it later returned occasionally. The pain is now less than before. Please advise what could be the possible cause and whether I need any medicine.

Hello doctor I'm having severe gastric issues from last 3-4years but from this year things are getting worse had upper abdominal pain in middle 2times full night i didn't slept in February after that i changed my diet but from 2mnths I am having upper left stomach pain near or under left ribs and sometimes all over stomach also feels vomit and i'm afraid to go to doctors and do ultrasound and all test in fear of getting report not normal please let me know what can all be this

Hi Every few months , I have recurring dull pain in right abdomen under ribs. Nowadays, having high fatigue even after taking proper rest. Did lft test it revealed high sgpt 77 and bilirubin direct 0.42 and indirect 0.78. Hba1c 5.8 and lipid profile is okay. Few years back USG revealed fatty liver. Can you let me know what is the cause and what can be done to rectify this.

Doctor, I have chest pain for more than 3 years. The pain is mostly on the left side but sometimes moves around the ribs. It is not constant but comes and goes. ECG and Echo were normal. Endoscopy showed reflux. Pain sometimes increases when I lie down or after food, and sometimes it feels muscular or nerve-related. I feel pulling sensation occasionally. Medicines give partial relief but pain returns. I want to know if this is costochondritis, nerve pain, or gastric-related, and what tests/treatment you suggest."

During routine abdominal checkup I found multiple sludge stones in gallbladder. I got pain near right rib after eating non veg.sometimes I get sharp pain which comes and goes but not very severe.I have not taken any medication for pain till now as pain is not severe and comes rarely once or twice in a month. Should I go for surgery or wait And I have small doubt does having gallstones raise LDL cholesterol? If yes should go for surgery urgently and how many does it for discharge after operation
