Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

I have a little pain, burn and discomfort in my right scrotum and testis at the same time what i saw that excessive looseness in my right scrotum and testis and in addition to that my right testis is circling around into the scrotum and unable to understand testis upper part or below part and I even confused that whether the testis are on there place properly or not. It seems to me that some kind of skin or layer of my testicular has affected or disappeared. Note:- 1. I'm facing this problem from last 20-24 months 2.i had consulted with a urologist and he has given some medicines. Till the medicine over it was some relief in pain, burning and discomfort. 3.pain, burning and discomfort increases with every nightfall or masturbation and right testis tucked up. 4.i had gone for ultrasound of testis and the report was negative. Do I need to go for MRI of testis or any other test. Please suggest.

Urine test. Put on 10 d PO bid doxycycline regimen. 3 days ago: Severe balanitis. Attempt treatment with Clotrimazole & Diflucan - symptoms persist. 2 days ago: Urine test for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, RPR = negative. Today: Balanitis & discomfort in vas deferens. I had been suffering from nasal polyps since last 5 years. In 2014, I had surgery and got a nasal polyp removed. Since then I had been using fluticasone nasal spray regularly to keep the discomfort away that I had felt in past because of nasal polyp in my right nostril. I think that alopathic medicine just relieved discomfort for 6-12 hours minimum and max. for 4-5 days and after that I had to use fluticasone spray to get rid of discomfort. I think I also have some kind of infection in left nostril as well.. I've been suffering from bad cough since last 2 days as well. Could you help me get rid of nasal polyp, infection and cough?

I Have Been Experiencing A Pain At My Right Side Stomach It Is Front Or Side Or Back Side Sometimes I Feel Like Its Spreading Ober Time For 4 Months Now Its Away From Navel But Up From Navel Angel And At The End Of Right Rib. Severe bad breath from more than 6 months , visited multiple dentist & gastro but no use , acid reflux with feeling like some thing stuck in back of the throat , just below ribs cage some kind of bump & sharp pain , some times right & left navel burning sensation & tingling feeling after eating , plz help with this ,

I have severe dry skin with intense itching and mild burning sensation on inner arms and sides of ribs. And all over my back it happens to me every night especially midnight times It gets triggered when I do any body movements or any workout I also have rough strawberry-like bumps in these areas. This problem happens only during winter and rainy season, every year. I have hypothyroidism and I am taking levothyroxine regularly.

Hello Docs, Ashish this side. Recently(2 months ago) in my USG  whole abdomen with PVR test report, 3.3mm of renel concretion seen at the mid pole in the right kidney. Drinking lots of water daily. From yesterday feeling dull ache (e g -minor hit/injury kind of)  in the right side at the bottom of the rib cage. Is it due to the kidney stone? Please suggest for 3.3mm renel concretion and this dull ache now.

Iam suffering from a back muscles pain spine surrounding with poping sound always.. Ribs surrounding muscles pain Iam feeling like having a muscles loose at my back and neck always pops... Due to this feeling very down on daily basis Which is effecting my daily work.. Doctor please help me with some suggestions iam getting irritated from poping sound of neck and back muscles...

My cbc report are normal but i feel some different type of pain in full body like in sometime stomach arms legs brain neck ribs and even teeth paining don't no why like it is not a normal teeth pain which happen but something different laser like pain don't know what happening with me even in jaw these are the parts where i feel pain and feeling weakness

Dear Sir/ Madam, I got my chest xray done recently and the report states "subtle patchy radio opacity is seen in left apical region overlapping the rib shadow", I have also attached the xray image for your reference, requesting to advice if this is critical issue (tumor or something similar). Add info - I used to smoke extensively, I have some cough since 2 weeks and the diagnosis for the same is common cold.
