Burning sensation inside penis covering

Its been few days that after mastrubation I can feel some burning sensation inside my penis skin that covering it . And also aftr a long interval of time I can see some white substance on my penis when the skin is moved . Its very discomforting and its makes me hard to mastrubate

This is nothing unusual and normal at this age. White substance that collects in you penis is smagma and it happens so because you do not maintain hygine in that area. While bathing everyday clean your penis. Pull bavk the foreskin and wash thoroughly with water. Burning sensation is there because often masturbating vigorously causes sensetive skin to tear. So when this rubs on your undergarments or when your pee touches it there is burning. Best way to manage this is avoid masturbation for a few days and give your penis rest.
