Nerveup OD tablet causing bloating
Hi, my Vitamin B 12 is very low 203.
I started taking nerveup OD at night after dinner on alternate days but whenever I take, I feel discomfort and bloating. I was told that this is a very good tablet for overall. Kindly suggest a good alternative or if I should take this at different time.
