  4. Pain in stomach , gas. Pain please help!

Pain in stomach , gas
When i touch left side above my naval i can feel mild pain , i have gas in burping stomach discomfort at times . I get stomach ache and gas when i eat spicy or fried food . Whats the reason for pain please help
