Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

I have been having a back muscle pain from last 5 days right after few hours of sleep... my muscles at the back of the ribs gets little bit swollen for few hours... i don't have any idea what is going on with me.. may be it is caused by the cold air comming from fan or any kind of sleeping problem. sir please give me suggestion what should i have to do now??

Can i take injection aciloc with rabies vaccine same time? because on 28 /08/17 was my first dose of rabies vaccine.. and last night since i am feeling pain at right side ribs while breathing... so today i took inj aciloc with rabies vaccine.... is there any interaction between drugs?

Its started with a sensation in right rib .Then i had same sensation type pain in chest .Got xray done and every thing was ok . Now that is gone and have pain in back and fingers and full body. Since around 10 p.m. last night (it's 4 a.m. right now, so 6 hours into the night), I've had an intense pain in my right side. It feels like it's at the bottom or below my ribs and goes down and around my hip. It feels as though it's spreading on my left side as well. 24 hours ago my whole abdominal area became very tender to the touch. I ate about 2 hours before it started, so I didn't think it was anything serious.
