I feel Costochondritis pain in my left rib cage bone and my left lower breast bone...I also have some swelling in that area..please advice me some anti inflammatory medicines like Naproxen that is available in India..also I have gastritis problems associated with it.. is that a thing of concern in my case???

Whenever i am on a course of multivitamin(Mecoven OD, codesoft, otocap and another allergy medicine) for my tinnitus issue, while on the course I feel dull ache/ sharp ache in left lower back.. what can it be and why is it happening? Should I tell this to my doctor? Ache is just below left lower rib. Not due to any physical injury btw or bad posture. I am sure this is due to meds.

I'm facing this problem of costochondritis from 2years. I have consulted two doctors(1 homeopathic and 1 General Physician) in the mean while but it couldn't get better or maybe they couldn't properly diagnose the problem. Sometimes i have severe chest pain around the ribs and breathing problem too and sometimes it's nothing. Since past few days I'm having dark greasy/mucusy stool.. it's somehow dark brownish and greasy. I feel slight nauseous as well sometimes. Also I reported earlier I have pain below the left back rib/muscle(not sure where exactly the pain is, its dull ache). I am on a course of Absolut 3G(once a day).
