I have a pain on my right side at the inside base of my rib cage and it is accompanied by sore throat and stiff neck. The pain intensifies when swallowing, especially liquids. It's not a burning in the throat but more like an ache.

Upper back cramp like pain in morning
When I get up in the morning I experience cramp like pain in the upper back middle region which if I turn shifts to rib region. I feel comfortable though If I lie on my left side. It goes away once I start my activities. I don't experience any such pain the whole day.

Issue with my heart...I think.

Sir I was diagnosed by erosive gastritis before 1 year using ppi from last one year daily twice,if stopes them for two days the pain in my stomach especially right side below ribs starts..and severe burps will come..
