I feel upper nose discomfort short of breath forehead and body discomfort sometimes feel body very hot but no fever there is no cold or cough this issue is more than a week kindly advise the reason and medicine for it

Hi I had severe pain in right chest for 5 months so I got MRI done .have subluxated ribs on right side along with some swelling.Also joint space narrowing of ribs. This is very painful. The pain is felt in chest and back too. I keep visiting orthopaedic surgeon for follow up but no relief.They prescribe NSAIDs and this time he prescribed ubidecarenone, ecod plus but still have severe pain. Can anyone help what can be done to treat this ?

I am having cold and cough from past 3 days and my left ribs got swollen so much and it's very painful. What needs to be done, please suggest. I have taken pain killer to get relief and it got relived for 5-6 hours after that again same pain. And also having lots of cough from 5 days. Also feel very lethargy every evening, don't feel like waking up from bed and very week as if no energy is remaining in the body. But the main concern is my swollen ribs and it's painful too

I get pain in the centre of ribs, upper back and side ribs(mainly right side) which is very scary and disabling. It goes off with spasmoproxyvon plus. I have attached reports below. The jss hospital doctor said I need to reduce cholesterol by reducing fatty foods and asked me to start walking. Also, my abdominal scan has shown everything as normal. My ribs pain a lot and this pain regular it starts paining everyday from evening around 8:00 PM and the pain continues till 4 to 5 hrs. I feel weakness and when the pain increase i get fever Before this I want to tell you that I was gone to gym last 2 month ago when and when i did declined cheat press my ribs start paining for the very 1st time but i thought i might done it in wrong way and when i left doing gym after 1 month due to lockdown . My pain become regular and I also have gas problem when it pains Hope you understand and give my answer as soon as possible Thank You

Hi...im having a sharp pain in my left side rib below the chest. ..when I seats on hard serface like table, bench, train seats I gets more pain in my upper shoulders and pain last for long...when I touch my rib I feel pain..I have visited 3 doctors in this 3 1/2 month all r told me this is bcz of gas all have gave me medicine Omeprazole, rantec, gelocil kind of medicine but my condition is same bcz of sharp pain can't concentrate in my work and ya on doctors advice 3 times I have done ECG report was normal last ecg done on 7-april-2016.please kindly advice me what should I do to get ride of this problem...thanks

This is 31 M from Chennai,India I was diagnosed with H pylori on April 2024 took antibiotic for two weeks. Felt good for 2 months. After that I had some emotional roller coaster due to financial issue,Father Angio and family issues. I had recurring rubbing pain on left lower rib and burning discomfort on abdomen starting from August 2024 this symptoms I have not previously encountered. I went to the same gastro she ran through some Vitamin,Mineral test along with CBC all came good except Vitamin B12, she prescribed Vitamin B12 oral supplements for 3 months and I started taking it religiously. But due to that recurring discomfort I have consulted a Cardiologist, General Physician, Psychologist all prescribed me with anxiety tablet which I done need because I don't want to live with it for life. In April 2025 again I did blood work with stool test along with Hpylori test using blood except minor elevation LFT and Lymphocytes all came normal which my Doctor attributed to stress. AnyHelp
