I had slight head ache and nose congestion  frm last Saturday I visited ent doc near me.. I am afraid of black fungus because I was covid positive in mid April. Doc said my nose is completely fine not to worry abt black fungus . I had taken doxy and ivermectin during covid.. frm 3 days I had taken montair fx ... I don't have runny nose or anytng.. frm evening my I feel dryness in my nose and bone is paining?? Since past 3 days, I am having mild pain and burning in the centre of my chest, sometimes burning in upper abdomen and also pain in the upper back along the spine. I did my ecg, which is attached. Is the report fine? I have been taking some antacids thinking it is gastric pain. Pain mainly happens after meals, and goes away after taking antacids but come back again after meals and stays for 2-3 hours. Bp is 132/74. No diabetes, thyroid or hypertension issues. Please suggest. I am female, 34 years. Thanks.

I took covishield on 13th May. Didnt have major side effects, except that my migraines were probably flared and was getting headaches. It had subsided, but recently I have been feeling some chest tightness, dull pain in the centre and light headache that stay all day. Is it because of vaccine inflammation? Or something else? Problem is from 2015 ..it's been from 6 years...first constipation and gas started in 2015 ...then for next 3 months I was unable to eat anything I was feeling like vomiting...upto 2018 constipation gas incomplete bowel movement anxiety continued...from 2018-2019 abdominal pain started then from 2019-2020 severe epigastric burn stated...I stated to take medicine for anxiety from psychiatrist..then moderate relief in abdomen pain was seen...but other problems still exist pls help ...along with it I have sleeping problem. Frequently I am feeling some reflux and pain in my upper right abdomen after meal. Ultrasound shows no problem like stones. What should I do ? Thanks
