Piles and fistula feeling discomfort
I'm having piles and fistula as well since 15 and 6 years respectively. Now a days it's got infected and painful after use of toilet. Can it be cured through medication please suggest.I suspect there might be multiple opening for fistula Attached photographs after use of toilets and later 3 hours for your reference .

Can't identify any fistula openings Piles infact is grade 3 If long term medication ain't working, go ahead with surgery

Is there bleeding associated while passing stools? Any history of constipation?? Need to start on:- Tab. Daflon 500mg Proctosedyl ointment Povidone iodine ointment Syp. Cremaffin Tab. Brufen SITZ BATH Avoid straining while passing stools Avoid oily and spicy food Increase water intake Eat Fibre Rich diet
