Hi Doctor, I am experiencing dryness and discomfort on my private area. The skin of the penis and the scrotum have irritation and sometimes gets cracks due to this. The penile glans also turns very dry and causes discomfort. I am quite sure that there is no infection in that area but as I always like to keep the area shaved, it sometimes gives small boils. I have tried oil and moisturizer but it gives only a temporary solution. Kindly help me and advise a good medicine for this issue.

Hi doctors , I am facing this issue since long time ..I am facing a discomfort pain in the left shoulder area and it remains continuously whole day. And also near the left chest it feels discomfort .. When I touch the shoulder area I can feel where the pain is .. so don't know how to get rid of this. I am an it sector employee and we are working continuously since Feb 2022 since the offices are open after lockdown. Please let me know how to get rid of this pain ...Please

I had ejaculated 4 times in 2 days...after that i have groin and testicles pain for full day...after that day pain has gone down but there is discomfort...pain and discomfort both are zero when i wake up but after 2 to 3 hour it has raised. When i walk or stand pain tends to residue but when i sit pain will increase. Should it be worrying or it will go away ? And can i do sex in between or pain will come again ?

Hi Sir/Mam, From last Tuesday, I am having a discomfort/tightness in my chest . There is no sharp or acute pain in general but whenever I stretch or do more physical work I can see that discomfort increases Nd there is some pain at centre of chest.Also at times I am having burping/hiccups for like 1 2 mins and then going. I had done my ECG and "Troponin T" test and both came normal. Also I have no cough, cold or fever. Can someone suggest if heart report is normal what else it could be and how can I relief my self from it.

It is the 9th day since my 3rd molar extraction and i also got my stitch removed yesterday and the doctor also confirmed that healing is proper but i have been experiencing some kind of discomfort, slight pain and sensitivity in the area after i gently brushed the area today as i had not brushed around the area since many days post removal. Is this pain/discomfort/sensitivity a matter of concern?

Discomfort in lower abdomen. Started 2 days ago, below stomach. Pain comes and goes in intervals. Intervals are decreasing, at the start it was between 10 minutes, but now its between 1 hrs, and very irregular. While trying to localising the pain, only pressing on the lower right side of the abdomen causes discomfort, no other pain while pressing. Had Loose motion, but reduced frequency now. Doctor diagnosed that it might be Amoebic Colitis. I want to know what could lead to this? What type of food might cause this? And how to prevent this?

Sir/madam, I have right throat pain and discomfort since three month ,sometime pain shifted to ear but I don't  have swallowing problem ,it feel like something is there , when I upward my neck and swallow mucus or water it feel like something is stuck and it hurt little bit i try all home remedies and different type of medicine and also visited to physician , they prescribed me different type of antibiotics,  vitamins and so on ,but problem still persist, I also tried GERD medicine ,i marked the discomfort area in the picture .

Past 2days suddenly start feeling discomfort in breathing. Not whole day but some times. Specially after eating any thing in after noon and in night. I don't understand why this happen? Feeling difficulty in breath in .have pain in shoulder. Past 2days she had started Zumba excercise and the very next day feeling shoulder pain and breathing discomfort.

My wife is experiencing following symptoms during deep sleep which makes her to wake up from sleep 1. Some times tightness in chest discomfort in breathing 2. I have been feeling dull pain and discomfort in mid to upper abdomen for more than a year now. I clearly remember how it started during a workout (back and abs). I visited various doctors during the past year with no definite diagnosis of the problem. Most doctors said they did not see any serious issue. The pain and discomfort was gone for the last 2-3 months but started again during a basketball practice 5 days ago. During these days I have felt the same symptoms. 500 words are over, thanks!
