Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

So, I have been dealing with bad stomach and indigestion since a few months, after an antibiotic and pain killer course in August. After that, i have had stomach discomfort and indigestion. Now recently i have been getting nausea, indigestion and smelly farts. Few months back(2-3), i had got a report for usg abdomen saying, gb polyp of 2.8mm. Now, idk if all these issues are due to that or something. I am scared of stomach cancer and this health anxiety isn't going at all. Also, i lose weight easily rather than gaining, i hit gym regularly though and no cardio only weight training. Lft, urine, stool, cbc were fine. Also i was low on vitamin D, so taking supplement every week. Now, idk its like everyday a new problem is coming up, and i get anxious about that. I am getting mentally worked up due to my physical conditions. What should I do to get back to normal and make my gut normal? Root cause of these started after taking covaxin! I wish I hadn't taken it at all. :(.

2 weeks back, I tripped on a chain (tied to block the road) and fell on the ground with direct impact to my stomach. I got up and was dizzy and weak for a few seconds and felt like i couldn't walk. At home, i saw my stomach area was slightly red but i felt fine. The next day onward, i had severe body pain, stomach muscle pain and arm pain (after stomach there was impact on my right hand). I thought it would get better after a few days rest, but it didn't so i went to a GP. She examined my stomach and said it is not severe and will get better on its own. She prescribed painkillers and medicine for internal bruising. It is better now but something still feels off. Discomfort has not gone away completely and stomach feels like it's bloated. Upper belly fat seems to have suddenly increased and feels like it's filled with water. What specialist should i visit for this?

Due to mild chest pain and blood pressure of 152/101, an ECG was taken a week back and as per the pysician it showed some changes and referred to Cardiologist. An Echo taken showed LVH and dialated Aorta Root (45mm) only and given Telday 40 and Cilacar 10 and advised to control BP and concluded it is normal only and chest pain did not occur upon physical activity so no chance of cardiac origin. I have experienced the similar discomfort today early morning also for about 10-15 minutes. Current Serum. Uric Acid level is 8.1 mg/dL ( checked due to previous history ) Is there any relation between Uric Acid and hypertension related issues.

In the month of April I was diagnosed with strep throat...I was advised antibiotics and I did daily salt water gargle...From the month of May I am feeling discomfort in my soft palate (palatoglossal area)...Every time I eat a small water filled blister arouse which subside slowly..but not fully... The picture which I have attached is two months old.this blister occurred after eating dinner but subside after rising mouth by warm salt water... I took becosule for one month... Now taking polybion syrup and evion 400... But still not got rid of it. Always it appears after eating...and stays all day long and subside in the morning little bit.. I don have pain in that area.. I am scared...please advice me what to do.. In between I have consulted a dentist...he told nothing to concern..it's seems like simplex herpes and advised me to take fresh vegetables,fruits and protein.. Plz guide me..I am very much scared...

Hi, I am having a lot of anxiety post Covid(2 months since symptomatic) almost a month now. it triggered as I was worried for post Covid symptoms my father and I were facing. in my case I am still facing lot of gas all the time. I have big sleep deprivation as I am having sleep for only 2 hrs most of the week. Rest day I sleep only due to exhaustion. I feel discomfort during days and thoughts keep coming. At night I am restless and can't fall asleep. I tend to get out of bed frequently. I feel sweaty sometimes and chills post sweat when air touch body. I tried counselling for last 2 weeks but not getting result as I am too exhausted. I am worried for anxiety and sleep medication as I feel I might get addicted and their side affects on long term use. Combining all is making my life difficult as I can't focus on my job and I can't seem happy. I don't feel indulging with all my relaxing activities and with health issue have lot of restrictions with foods I liked to eat. Please suggest.

27f...since sep iam having itchy throat and ears discomfort...this started after I was taking steam daily for 45 days thrice daily directly from gas stove without offing the stove the gas flames were high and the vapors were hot....used bilagra 20 days,Montek lc 15 days lexzin mk 15 days but no cure so took Medrol 16 mg steroid for 3 days in oct after that got sone what relief but no complete cure I still get itchy throat and ear ..I have sone serum aec and serum ige both are normal so can I take covishield or Sputnik v vaccine if I have itchy throat and ears also due to excess hot steam does my mucous membranes destroyed will it cause any problem if I take vaccine?plz reply thank u sooo much ...I don't know if iam allergic to anything but after steam thing iam having continous itchy throat and nose

Hello dr. Since late evening after dinner , i suddenly stared having immense pressure on the bladder, frequent urination and burning sensation constantly. After peeing also i am feeling b urning pain. Later started getting blood also in urine. Now also there is blood in urine. I had vaginal itching a couple of days back and used candid v for that which gave relief. It was fine but suddenly this evening all this started. I get vaginal itching quite frequently and treat it with the tube. Last year also i had similar symptoms of uti, got all the tests done for kidney stones also , but it was negative. It was diagnosed UTI only. Took meds and was okey. Please help me , I am jn great discomfort and pain , not able to sleep as i have to get up every 5 mins to pee. The pain has reduced a bit since i had a lot of water but pressure us still there. What should I do? Can meds be prescribed here? Poonam

Poor urine flow since 8 months urinary discomfort/ urgency since 8 months pain in perineum while sitting since 8 months. I was apparently alright 8 months back then i developed urinary urgency which was sudden onset and later i developed poor urine flow and incomplete bladder emptying along with pain which was gradual in onset. semen culture E coli urine routine ( wnl) usg- alter echotexture of prostate but just 17 gms pvr 35 ml mri- wnl retro urethrogram- no stricture urodynamics- obstructed flow Do i need surgical BNI which is unilateral at 6 o clock so as to preserve ejaculation?

Foreign body dust in throat sticking in back of throat following inhalation of dust particle while cleaning room couldn't viualize it but whenever I try to swallow it pains on the right side. When I breath I feel like coughing all time and it's very unpleasant and discomforting there.. But when I tried to move it with my index finger it did initially to the up it caused severe throat pain it was not a normal pain and then I pushed it so much down and now I can't pull it up back and it pain while swallowing did. And endoscopy it is normal they say did an mri too.. But the dust particle is very small which couldn't be visualized in imaging. I still feel it is struck there down below right side throat I feel very depressed at times as the pain arises while I swallow and that particular area seems very dull and stiff in throat . Is it psycho somatic symptom following trauma?? Or there is really foreign dust particle present there.

I have been suffering from muscle pain/burning sensation under the skin/ muscle weakness and some degree of pain in joints especially right behind the heels (achilles tendon) for some years now. It feels like all my muscles are weak and tire easily and there's always slight burning underneath the skin. Also, I have gastric discomfort right below the breastbone and have been taking medicines for the same. There's been a few times in these years where the muscle weakness has been very debilitating. No swelling or redness anywhere and no morning stiffness. Tests of Rheumatic panel are all normal except for ASO titre which is at 440. I get all sorts of other fleeting pain and cramping in the body too. All vitamin, minerals, vitamin D/B, iron and other basic tests are normal, thyroid normal. Taking a healthy diet. I do feel very cold in cooler weather and don't tolerate winters well. Have tried treatments but there's no answer to this. What could be the underlying cause?
