I have obtained the blood test results from both thyrocare and Lalpath. Previously, I underwent a lab test at thyrocare, which showed that my SGPT level exceeded the recommended value of 45. However, at Lalpath lab, the maximum acceptable SGPT value is 50. Is this difference due to the usage of different units for measurement? In my case, my SGPT level is 49, and despite maintaining a healthy lifestyle, I still experience weak digestion. Could this be related to my liver or SGPT levels? I'm seeking guidance on whether treating my SGPT levels could help resolve my digestion issues, as I am currently facing significant discomfort and distress.

Hello I am facing many health issues for the last two years now. It started with a normal headache & then with a severe acid reflux problem. I took treatment but till i take medicine it is okay Currently I am facing discomfort in my left chest around my nipple..feels something is stuck. Whenever i lay down or sleep on my stomach. Something heavy is there on the left side of the chest. I get nerve pain as well as anywhere in the body. Not all the time but so randomly. I mostly feel dull & unenergetic. Whenever i wake up i wake up with a headache & while coated tongue. My routine is not proper. Please guide me the cause & treatment so i can connect with you.

From the past 2 months i have noticed that my left tonsil has swollen up with some soft white like thing(i have attached images). This did not cause me any discomfort but from past 2-3 days i sometimes have a little pain around my left jaw and right jaw.. that goes away on it's quickly. But this swelling is not going away. I visited an ENT and he told me that whenever i eat something, the food rubs my tonsils and hence i have got this swelling. I also gave me some antibiotics and antacid for a week. But still it remained unaffected although the other one is as normal as it should be but the other one remains swollen. What is wrong my tonsil? I have tried to touch the tonsil and it feels soft.

Actually wisdom tooth got removed. Few months back still causing jaw swelling and discomfort around ear. Only right side. I won't have chewing habits. I am already considered oral and maxillofacial surgeon. Doctor is telling that tmj is not my specialty. There is no dental issues and x ray is clear. Then I have consult ent surgeon. Really I won't blame for doctors. Some times causing headache along with jaw pain. Back side of ear and jaw dragging and pulling sensation. Facial pains too. Only consuming fruits juices. Not hard food or not chewing at all.  Really I did not know who to consider dentist or ent surgeon. I have many doctors too. Girls won't have any habits.

Had unprotected intercourse on 28 March. Greenish Vaginal Discharge on 30 March. Pain in lower right pelvic region since 2April. Went to Obgyn and was prescribed Azithromycin and ornidazole for five days + FAS kit. Pain and discomfort is persistent since 2 April. Vaginal discharge has improved. But I am experiencing burning sensation in the groin. It is not localised. Sometimes it pains in left or right pelvic region. At times it burns at the center of the groin region (where the pubic hair starts). I even feel tighteness or weird sensation in the labia. The burning sensation is also felt in the labia majora. Tested negative for HIV, VDRL, HbsAg.

3 and a half month old baby who is on exclusive breastfeeding (approx 8 feeds a day) has not passed motion/potty in 3 days. Since birth he has passed motion daily (2-3 times a day). Baby is not showing any signs of discomfort except in evening time gets a little fussy. Urine output is normal(6-8 times a day) though spit ups occur right after feeds. Please suggest if anything needs to be done for motions or is it normal?

I am writing to describe some symptoms that I have been experiencing over the past seven days. Hi, I took birth control pill 2 months back and had my periods for past 2 months. I had my last periods on 20th March. From 8th April, I started getting brown discharge spots and continued till now 8 th and 9th April I had mild stomach discomfort but on 10th April i.e. yesterday my abdominal and stomach pain increased a bit and also had stomach upset. Today pain got decreased but have very mild pain with brown discharge Why I am getting brown discharge 12-10 days before my periods? I never got brown discharge in the middle of the cycle
