Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

Almost half of the time of intercourse, tip of foreskin got cut/crack especially in winter. It doesn't happen with use of condom. It takes 2 to 3 days to heal. Mostly , I use boroline at night before sleep to make it heal faster. I think I don't have phimosis. Because, I have no problem having intercourse almost half of the time, or normally no problem to retract or pull the foreskin back to its original place. I feel discomfort only after it gets cuts for sexual activity. Currently, I'm having this and checked a Full body checkup blood test. i.e. CBC, LFT, KFT, Urine test, Sugar PP & Fasting. Everything is in normal range. Is there any diagnosis? Is there any solution?

I had an ankle injury 5 years ago, and since then, I've experienced recurring swelling and discomfort whenever i engage in physical activities. Over the years, this issue has gradually worsened and I've been dealing with a burning and tingling sensation in my left knee, outer thigh, knee and calf, is a constant problem. It intensifies when i sit, sleep on the affected side or compress these areas, and also feel weakness in the leg, particularly when standing. These sensations often feel like a deep, irritating heat and they can last for extended periods, radiating from hip to the knee and down the calf and ankle. The symptoms have worsened over time and now i am also experiencing same sensations in my right leg. Could this be related to nerve compression or is there another underlying issue. Please some help me as i'm not leading my life peacefully for the past 5 years !

I had stomach pain whenever I ate something, so I consulted a doctor. After an endoscopy, I was diagnosed with an H. pylori infection. I completed a 15-day antibiotic course and continue taking some prescribed medicines. Currently, my diet is limited to curd, rice, and vegetable soup. While I usually don’t feel pain, I occasionally experience discomfort on an empty stomach. I’m concerned if the infection is still present or if there’s another issue. Also, my weight dropped from 70 kg to 60 kg within a month. Is this due to my diet or something else? How can I be 100% sure that the infection is fully cured?

I am a 16 year old boy. 2 year before my small brother has jumped on my knee and my knee has folded very much after a few weeks pain disappear but it happens regularly when I do more physical work. 7 months ago I have done my MRI and I have seen that I have partial tear in my ACL. Doctor has suggested me physiotherapy and I have done it for a month but again when I walk so much or put pressure on my knee it the discomfort in walking and knee movements starts appearing. In today's time my knees are swellen a bit from 2-3 days and it's very hectic handilng all this things in this age where I have to do a lot of work

I feel sometimes fast heart beat for 2-5 sec it the feeling is something weird can't explain how it feels I guess it is called premature or skipped beat.(Mostly at night) And feel like sudden neck or breath or beat spick don't know what it is. I have done 3-4 ECG and 2d echo and tmt and lipid profile test all also for checking electrical signal I didi MRI of brain and neck all came normal and sometimes chest pain pinching pain and discomfort type feeling  hand and shoulder pain it came and go for sometime but it happens and sometimes breath loss feeling mostly at night. Sometimes chest tightness Currently I am taking gastric tablet since 3 weeks What can be reason

Let me enlist the symptoms 1. A small round, firm immovable pimple like bump on penis skin (superficial) 2. It is on the penis shaft skin around the middle length of penis. There is no hair on that area. 3. It appeared 1 year ago( august 2023). It has been of the same size since a year with no change in size : 1 mm 4. There is no discharge or pain , no itching or discomfort 5. It had a shiny reddish appearance on the skin but with time in the past several months it has developed a small crusty top while perimeter is still shiny reddish 6. The shape is round, regular but a bit flat if I see it from it’s side.

I had blood work recently as I have stomach discomfort and bloating/bulgy stomach. Feel heavy and full and the tummy looks bigger. Dr tested for complete metabolic panel and creatinine came out low. Mine was 0.56mg/dL where the normal range is,0.57-1. Never had this abnormal range in creatinine. Is it something related to my stomach looks like being pregnant when I am not pregnant. I look like 8 months pregnant. My HDL cholesterol value is also abnormal. It is 34mg/dL. Normal range is >39. Is this creatinine being low anything serious? Thanks.

I had a minor accidant 10 years ago when i jumped from a certain height. I had my right hand lifted up (elbow straight , palm facing the sky) and while i jumped down my fore arms was against the wall got bent towards the left I could feel a crack sound in my right upper back. Days passed i played cricket and it started to hurt, i didn't tell anyone. Now after i wake i feel acute pain, and click sound when i do external rotation. I want to build more muscle lift weight etc. And i feel discomfort when i simply do lateral raise without weight. What should i do next. Should i consult an orthopedic or a physiotherapist?

I'm suffering from these, 1.
