Experiencing burning joint muscle pain in upper arm numbness..stabbibg upper arm bone pain.outer thigh area. Pins and needles in leg hand. Head parastheria at night and some ant crawling sensation.Joint burning pain in wrist. Since March end. At that time I consulted general physician where he prescribed me vitamin d some nerve medication and joint medicine as all blood report came back normal including CBC thyroid LFT . After continuing the medication 2months my some problems gone and some problems persist. So I visited orthopaedic dr as I was under his consultation since last September for costrochondritis in chest (my right 3rd rib cartilage is swollen due to head trauma by my toddler where mri ct scan all reports came back normal) he advised me to continue vitamin d and shell cal joint for 1months. Upon test this result RA< 10 Anti ccp<7 ESR 13 Crp 0 .23 CBC normal ana hep2  1/100 (report says negative) Uric acid level 5.80 Should I start vit B12 ???

Hello. I'm a 25 year old male (non-smoker, non-alcoholic, vegetarian), experiencing tight crushing pain & pressure in my chest, mainly in left side & center, also just below my ribs, and upper left half of body. While lying down I cannot turn on my left side at all it's too painful, taking deep breaths or yawns also pains. Neck also gets cramped.Can't function, sleep or work coz of the intensity of the pain. As per medical advice, I did a health checkup at a reputed hospital includg ECG, chest X-ray, urine & lipid profile, cbc etc. chest xray report normal (unexpected). In urine analysis: excess rbcs, ketone and pus. urine had red color. In Ecg, sinus tachycardia arrhythmia was the finding. Resting Heartbeat of 108-110, feels pressureful. Lipid profile shows slightly high LDL levels and lower than normal HDL levels. Now after 2 doc consults and getting dozens of these tests x-rays etc done I have still Not received a clear diagnosis or proper treatment. Pls help, symptoms r gettg worse

I feel like my left lower rib is not normal. I can feel it by touching. I started feeling pain in left chest almst 8 mths back. It got severe after few days. I could feel the pain by taking deep breath. Heart, CBC, BP, Blood glucose all tests done at that time. All gud.  Doctor gave antibiotic, muscle rlxant, antcid and multivtamns. After 10 days, the pain was like suppressed. It did not come back(no severe) but I still feel light pain. I think the problem that time was enlarged spleen. I feel it now. Also, my left kidney area got severe pain 5 days back. I vomited for few minutes due to pain nd I was unable to breathe properly nd not even able to stand on my own. Doctor gave 2 analgesic injection but nothing. At last, he made me sleep by giving sleep injection. No pain in morning when I woke up. Next day pain came back. I still hv light pain. Plz tell me if this is sign of blood cancer. At least confirmed symptoms of blood cancer so daf i can talk to ryt doctor (urolog, or Onco.)

Hello Doctors, My dad had episodes of black stools, abdomen pain, loss of appetite, lost around 15 pounds weight in 3 months. Got hospitalized twice, had endoscopy, colonoscopy, ct scans 2 times for now. Gastro. also took sample for biopsy to test for tuberculosis which came negative. They were suspecing either tuberculosis or Crohn's going by symptoms. Also they seen small ulcer on terminal ileum. Thats all I could understand so far as I was quite new with all this. My father is fine now since he started ayurvedic treatment. He got 80% relief from abdomen pain, no black stools episodes now, weight is stable, can eat everything. Remaining thing is mild abdomen pain and pain in left rib cage upper side, specially when he sleeps. So I have 2 questions- 1)Having ulcer in terminal ileum alwz means Crohn's ( or any IBD) ? What if it gets healed naturally. 2) what tests needed to diagnose Crohn's ( other than ct scan), a seprate biopsy would required ? Please guide, thanks.

Greetings to you doctor.i m male aged 23 years. before 5 months i used to get pain near chest and back of the ribs.and later i got the pain below the ribs. i went near homeopathi doctor and he said thats because of acidity and anxiety. then after a month i went near a cardiologist having fears like that might be mis function of heart.doctor said me that it is trivial MVR and thats because of acidity and gave me medicines 1)Esomac D 40 2)Etizola beta 0.25mg one early in the morning and the other before gng to bed. i used them for 3 months.i m using esomac D and from last 45 days i am not using etizola beta tablets. i m having uneven heart beats.some times it is around 60 and some times it races to 95+ per minute. and i m also feeling like i might get heart attack because of that. i m having 1 or 2 seconds pain sometimes in the left chest and in the right chest and in the back of ribs.my handa get numb many times. please say me what to do and please clarify me y those pains are coming

Grettings to all , i am a t.b paitent , when i was admit to hospital doctar suggest me for chest xray , because hi had cough & lite fever from last 2 months , in cough they said their is water or pus in your lungs , & they put chest tube in my ribs to drain water from chest wall & send me for ct scane , next docter told me that in ct reports it ses to be that its tb , they starded my tb med , after that they collect my sputom sampels for 2 times & also done much more tests , & said you are tb paitent & on that time my condition was very critical , i am suffering from bad cough , high grade fever , no medicine like dolo od paramol are effecting to reduce my fever , oh sorry my suptum result was afb 3+ , both medcine & chest doctors look on me , they said it will take time to reduce aproxx 2 - 3 months because pus was coming outside from chest tube , its drain 50 ml per day , please tell me whene i felt like a proper person , now my fever level is low , its 99.5 in eve & cough also

I have deloped pain behind my neck , I was thinking it was some muscle pain but sometime I felt softness in my occipital region. whenever I study for long duration, and the moment I go to bed , I immediately slept without noticed much. eventually I go for some sort of massage ,and the person felt something hard over supraclavicular region. I had shown it to doctor, advised for USG , USG reveals calcified mass lesion in right supraclavicular location. Repeated USG again which shows, calcified / ossified supraclavicular lesion with ? Pseudo joint of 1st rib. Blood report- ESR - 18, Hb- 12.3, TLC - 6700, poly -58, eosino-18, lympho- 22, mono- 02, baso - 00. PBS shows mild eosinophilia with AEC - 1060. SGOT/SGPT- 37/59. USG KUB - Normal.lymph nodes in Rt inguinal region seen.  Largest 1.8mm in max diameter. Noticed weight loss, feeling some kind of obstruction in my trachea also like something got trapped there. shortness of breath is also there, only I haven't done Monteux test.

Sir I am suffering from back upper back pain from 3 months.I did x-ray of cervical spine ap/lat and there was written in x-ray report that osteo arthritic changes seen C3 to C6 vertebrae with . Sharpening of appohysical margins. . Anterior marginal osteophytes. .Disc place are normal. .Loss of cervical lordosis is present. .No cervical rib is seen. Prevertebral soft tissue shadow is within normal limit. and I did x-ray of l.s spine ap/lat and here in report it is written that scoliosis of lumbar spine with convexity towards right side. .Lumbar lordosis is lost...?due to mussle spam.. and I did x-ray of dorsal spine ap/lat and here is wriitrn in the x-ray that .Osteo arthritic changes seen D7 to D12 vertebra with .Anterior marginal osteophytes. .Dorsal kyphosis not maintained at the mid dorsal spine.

Male, 23 Hello Doctor. I have IBS since 2022. Once or twice every 1–2 weeks my stool appears light brown, beige or light yellow, and I am unable to judge whether it is a normal color or unusually pale. I have attached today's stool photo. My January 2024 endoscopy showed a small sliding hiatus hernia with GERD. My January 2025 ultrasound showed mild hepatomegaly with mild fatty liver changes, with no gallstones or biliary obstruction. My July 2025 LFTs were normal. I have no jaundice, yellow eyes, dark urine or severe itching. Does the attached stool color look normal or does it suggest a liver or bile duct problem? is it anything serious please say in internet it's showing liver damage and bile blockage and how much time grade 1 fatty liver take to convert into grade 2 my age is 23 i have attached the stool photo sorry for that and usg photo and I have burning sensation from 6 months is it ibs ?? I am a 30-year-old male with bowel symptoms for 3+ years Symptoms: - Daily straining to pass stool. - Incomplete evacuation feeling. - Stool comes in parts, not all at once. - Spend 20–30 minutes in toilet daily. - Stool is sticky, semi-solid, difficult to flush, and spreads in water. - About 70% of stools are sticky; 30% are more normal but still flat, not sausage-shaped. - Daily transparent white jelly-like mucus (sometimes mixed with stool, sometimes separate). - Occasional flat or fragmented stools. - Burning sensation under the right rib, worse during constipation and sometimes after meals. Tests: - Colonoscopy: Multiple superficial terminal ileal ulcers with inflammation up to 15 cm. - Biopsy: Chronic inactive ileitis. - CRP: Normal. - Fecal calprotectin: Normal. - Endoscopy: Mild antral gastritis. - Abdominal ultrasound: Normal. - Weight increased by 5 kg. Question: what is the cause ?
