Hi, I hit my knee on a table really hard 4 days ago, it didn’t have any visible bruising, but is very tinder to the touch, and is very painful when I straighten and bend it. When it’s sitting still i don’t feel much discomfort. I had a my frenulum cut by a Urologist 2 days ago because of discomfort during sex. I tore it very slightly about 23 years ago but it healed completely about 4 months afterwards. I took the bandage off this morning and there is a lot of swelling where the stitches were put in, just next to the frenulum. It is very difficult to walk iis is painful. I just want to know how normal it is to have such swelling. I went agon to doctor today and he said it was normal and no infection.

For about a year I’ve had multiple joint pain and problems. It started off with my knees, I have problems straightening them as it is painful and feels tight. I have trouble standing for long periods of time and walking. My legs feel weak and my knees can give away. I also have pains and discomfort in my hips, neck, lower back, shoulders, elbows, ankles. I have been to physio and been told I’m very weak and now waiting for a rheumatologist appointment. I also experience shortness of breathe.

I have recurrent knee pain in the back of the knee whenever I do any strenuous activities (jumping while playing basketball, or sprinting). The pain is not constantly there. It subsides on applying a cold pack and I don't feel any discomfort during routine walking and light jogging. In the mornings though the knee feels little odd and locked. I am 6 weeks postpartum. I had normal delivery with an episiotomy. I am still having discomfort and pain in the area while moving in certain positions and it's bleeding sometimes from the stitches especially when I tried to sit in squat position.
