I have some little bit pain in the chest,I feel as discomfort and lower bones also some pain,left side pin point pain.these symptoms are not continuous.i feel as some one pressing on my chest bones.no breathing issues,no cough,no cold.are these symptoms related to Corona.

I have noticed a slight clear discharge from one of the  breast upon stimulation and sometimes on its own for past 4-5 months. I have been suffering from chronic hives due to some infection and have been taking the prescribed medicines for a month now and i have been feeling a stinging sensation in nipples from a day and according to dermatologist it is not due to the hives. Took a tablet called glycolate 1mg only one time at night, 5 days back for drooling problem. But sufffered from major side effects . It's been 5 days to that and I still have those side effects. I'm suffering from a strange kind of discomfort in my right knee.
