Discomfort in penis
I have been having some discomfort in my penis for the past 3 days. It is when I touch the head of my penis but only through some sort of cloth. After I touch it some pain follows. There is no redness, swelling or marks. The night before I did masturbate and I have never had sex if that helps. Not sure if this will go away in time or needs to be treated. Thanks
