My father suffered 3rd nerve palsy in 2008 and recurrent partial 3rd nerve palsy as mentioned by neurologist in 2015 also and started clopitab lipirose and cilaheart. Then Angiogram done on 11/06/2016 it indicated CAD mild disease.l He had some speach disturbed and mouth deviation in 12 October 21 then consulted neurosurgeon he prescribed clopitab cv gold for one month and there on continued same prescribed above. Now he had right eye minimised and vision distrubance. I think that this happened due to heavy consumption of ghee. In October 2021, he consumed lot of ghee in the form sunnundalu, i thought that caused mild stroke like symptoms, he recovered completely within two months that time. Now he was on clopitab 75, lipirose 10, cilaheart 10 and ecosprin 75. Please suggest me. Thank you

Hi doctor, I am 36 yr old male feeling the urge for bowel movement multiple times in quick succession. This generally happens around 9 pm then I need to repeat trips to toilet every 30 mins or so, 3-4 times each day. After 3-4 trips it generally stops. I don't have any stomach infection or diarrhoea. No stomach pain. Issue happens only after the first round of bowel movement each day. Why does this happen? I'm taking medicines - telmisartan 20mg, fluoxetine 20 mg, lipirose-F-5 - all once daily.

I am high blood sugar patients with blood sugar 124 before eating and total cholesterol 200mg/dL, HDL cholesterol 49mg/DL, LDL cholesterol 140mg/DL, triglycerides 63mgdl, doctor prescribed me lipirose 10 and acimol SR and mashyne for weakness. Should I continue taking these medicines along with my daibetese medicine zoryl-m2, Teneli 20mg, Path 15, Ecosprin-75, voglibose 0.3

Lakshmi, age 59 years, 5.1 feet height, weight 52 kg having allergy of swelling of face and itching sensation on lips for many medicines/ drugs. Presently taking the following medicines/ drugs for treatment of 1.BP    2.Cholesterol 3.Thyroid. ( 1. Tab Amlong 2.5 mg        2. Tab Lipirose 5 mg        3. Thyronorm 50 mcg ). I need treatment for allergies and for taking covid - 19 vaccine.

Hello Doctor, I'm 33 years old male. I have high cholesterol close 280 three months back. But I'm not diabetic. My general physician suggested me to start taking Rosuvastatin 5mg. I check my cholestol after an month of statin therapy, the levels were under control. Again I checked it after 2 months of statin therapy. It was under control. And for your information I was overweight. BMI was close to 30. But in these 3 months I started dieting. And also walking 30 mins a day. Reduced my weight around 5 kilos. And also reduced the amount of food intake. Completely avoided junk food, mutton and all. Also an additional information is my dad had an open heart surgery when he was 63. He was diabetic since he was 35. Which means I have a family history. My question is. Is it safe for me to stop this Rosuvastatin 5mg (Lipirose) and keep focusing on diet and lifestyle modifications. Bcoz I wake up with headache everyday, also have got sore back in these 3 months. Kindly advice.
