My FSH and LH tests have shown normal. TSH and Testosterone levels too are normal. But still I have azoospermia due to varicocele. Can I deduct from hormone test results that sperms are getting manufactured (but then getting destroyed or blocked owing to some reason)? In other words I want to know ki my testes factory is manufacturing sperms or not?

Hi, I am 26 yr old unmarried female. I am having irregular period from last 8 months and I am taking treatment as well from last 6 months I don't have hair fall problem, weight is also normal, thyroid Normal , ultrasound report normal only right ovary having little bit low volume but as per discussion with doctor she said it's fine but my amh level is 0.39 and FSH level is high 18 , currently doctor is giving treatment to balance hormones.But doctor suggested me after getting married plan asap ..I am worried if I plan late will I be able to get pregnant or not? Please suggest me what should I do?

My doctor told me to do FSH/LH and prolactin tests on day 2 Or 3 of my periods and along with it he told me to do TSH test on any day. But when I went for my fsh/lh and prolactin test the one who was taking the test told me that he will do the tsh test with the same vial of blood but my problem is that the hospital where I go take tests of thyroid only on Friday and today is wednesday so till then will my blood get spoiled or will storing for so much time affect my result of all other tests.

Hi, I gone through FSH, LH, free testrone test recently. I have 2.23 mlu/ml FSH, 16.49 pg/ml free testrone, 6.09 mlu/ml LH. Is there any problem.. I am getting soft erction and not long lasting. Please help me to resolve the problem. I am not married and eating healthy food and regular in exercise.

I'm 32 years woman and trying to conceive since 6 months. Yesterday it was my 2nd day of period and I have done some hormonal tests like LH , FSH , AMH and prolactin. My FSH is 4.67 mIU/mL LH is 6.64 mIU/mL Prolactin is 17.7 ng/mL AMH is 1.54 TSH is 1.81 Is it normal report of 2nd day of period? Also since 3-4 period cycles I'm bleeding only for 1 or 2 days. There is no bleeding or spotting from 3rd day.

I have zero sperms. Testicular size is normal. Nothing found in ultrasound. All FSH, LH and T hormones are normal. What would be the reason for it ? Doctor suggested for biopsy but what if I don't find any sperms in biopsy as well? What do we call this condition?

Hi! My AMH is 4.47 ng/ml, FSH is 6.18 mlU/ml, LH is 1.94 mlU/ml, prolactin is 10.78 no/ml. Are these normal when trying to conceive. I am 33, husband is 35. My height is 5.5 and weigh is 74 kgs. Please advice. Background- We conceived last March, but unfortunately lost it at 4 weeks (potential chemical pregnancy). Thank you.
