I have been suffering from ocd with excess worry,anxiety poor sleep from last 20 years,took various medicine like citalopram,escitalopram,paroxetine,reboxetine,fluoxetine,imipramine,clomipramine,and many more,and all kind of anxiolytics but these harmed me a lot ,now I cannot tolerate any psychiatric medicine my ocd become worse when take any medicines,my psychiatrist tried medicines .I am not on any medicines ,living an horrible life due to ocd excess worry,please help

My psychological evaluation report says that I am suffering from mild depression. My doctor had firstly prescribed me Imipramine 25mg with paroxetine 12.5 mg but when I told him that I have to give my exams and I don't want a medicine that can cause drowsiness then he changed the medicines and prescribed me Escitalopram 10mg one tablet at night. I had this tablet for 10 days and after when I told him that I am feeling sleepy because of this then he changed it and prescribed me Duloxetine 30 mg one tablet twice a day. But after consuming Duloxetine 30 mg I started having profuse sweating and constipation along with heavy drowsiness. I told my doctor about this and he is said that these are normal side effect of this medicine. But I have to study and attend online classes, yesterday I slept in between my online class due to this medicine. I have stopped Duloxetine. I want an expert opinion on this one as to which medicine is best for treating mild depression?

I have been suffering from thid unique sleeping disorder. I dream whole night continuously and wakeup exhausted every morning.  Most of the people think it's any kind of psychological disorder even doctors just prescribe antidepressants and sleeping pills. Familly members are supportive but they could only give advice like wake early, do exercise. I nearly browsed the whole internet to get an ultimate cure for this problem but got nothing except "the change your routine"advice. There are many old forums where people discussed the similar problem but now they are closed without any conclusion.  I have this problem from 2014 when I was doing my masters. During the final exams and due to other circumstances I felt some anxiety so went to a psychiatrist and he prescribed me 1.Imipramine 2.Diazapam 3.Trifluoperazine 4.Nitrazepam of different brands. After few days my exams over so I stopped taking pills suddenly from a night.From that night till today I didn't get a single dreamless sleep
