Is it recommended to use Halovate F ointment I'm breast feeding mother. This was prescribed by Dermatoligist, however the the instruction on the ointment says not recommended. When we consulted the doctor again she said it's not a problem. I need to be 100% sure.

My son have 103 f of body temperature and I consulted of one the doctor he prescribed my Crocin DS syrup and Sinarest AF after taking medicine the temperature decrease but after few hours it rise again he has little throat infection as well please suggest whom.
