Fever from 40 days Widal 1:160 20 days back taken antiboitics like gudcef 200, azithromycin,moxinow,ornio o ,for 10 days then Widal 1:40 but temp pattern is same in blln 99 to 99.8 from 40 days .,during Widal 160 fever pattern is same ,after 9 pm it is normal .Morning at 8am it is going to 99 ,and at afternoon it is 99.6 ,from 40 days,thyroid normal,bp normal,esr 30 ,crp 6 ,smear for mp negative,total wbc cells 12900,urine Alysis 2-3 Pus cells, calcium oxaclete crystals+++, what is the reason for fever fluctuations from 99 to 99.6

I've been suffering this problem for more than 17 years.. Initially it started with one or two pimple like things filled with puss on scalp. Now these puss bumps have grown in size and occur almost every where on my scalp excluding bald area. Consulted multiple doctors. Problem disappears when on medication. When medication is stopped. Tests were also got done and doctors gave medicines again but no relief. One of doctor told that he can give powerful medicine but that may affect kidneys and suggested using current medicine. Continued same but no relief. This was case some 10 yrs back. From then onwards I am using medicines when ever there are bumps and stop once they are gone. Again use medicine when they occur again. Used antibiotics(gudcef cv 200, azithromycin.) dint remember the tabs I used initially and shampoos (candid TV, ketone, Nizoral, ketaconozole). Last year consulted a doctor hoping for permanent recovery but he was money minded and kept me on repeated medic.

Hi, My father is 76 yr old,with diabetes and BP for many years, though in control.he got angioplasty done and got 1 stent some 7 years back.He is having fever,cold and throat infection since last 2 days.Iam giving him crocin 650 gm,every 5 hrs,along with Gudcef 200 and Montair FX.His temp goes up after every 4 hrs and reach close to 102.Shall I continue with Crocin or can I also give Sumo ,incase fever goes up?Is it safe to give him Sumo consider his age and other factors as stated above? Just to add,it started with me having fever,cold and cough last 4 days back and i got recovered after taking Sumo when temp touched 103.5,then my wife got infected with same symptoms and now dad.Seems like viral infection. Kindly advise.

I am 35 years old. I am getting bumps with pus in my scalp hair(scalp folliculitis). Please find the attached Images. I have already contacted dermatologist but no luck. DAily temperature variations from 97.6 to 99.8 ,from 2  mnths,earlier widal o&h 1:160 ,during this also same pattern of temperature,taken antiboitics like gudcef,azithromycin,ornio,moxinow,doxt-xl for 20  days,widal o&h 1:40 but fever pattern is same ,doctor stopped antiboitics for 1mnth then also same,thyroid normal,chest x Ray normal,us abdomen normal,mantoux normal,Esr 26 in may now in June it is 10,crp 6,blood culture negative,smear for mp negative,widal igg&igm negative,scrub thypus negative,RF assay negative,visted so many doctors all are saying it is normal when temperature is above 100 it is fever what else I should do ,I'm male due to which factors the temperature will varies,now it varies in between 98 to 99.5 from past 10 days

Typhoid o& h 1:160 antiboitics taken for 14 days like gudcef, azithromycin,ornio,moxinow,after 10 days Widal o&h 1:40 but fever pattern is btnn 99 to 99.8 during thypoid also ,tests done like thyroid normal,bp normal,esr 30,crp 6,smear for mp negative,tc 12900,urine normal,chest x-ray normal,mantou normal,USG abdomen normal,fever from 50 days ,which tests are to be performed.now fever is present in morning after 8am to evening 9pm ,having headache,now taking doxycycline antibiotic,which tests are to be performed ,will blood culture,tyhidot igg igm will help ,earlier thypidot yet not done.

I am not doubting my doctor but worried as I am unable to visit him again. Hi, I m male 30, out of city, from Friday suffering from throat pain, visited so had erythromycin n folic acid, was unable eat food but had medicines, which caused mouth ulcers, so yesterday again, I visited doctor, advised gudcef cv 200mg, folic acid n betadine gargle. I have taken 3 doses does tonsillitis take this long, I have throat pain still after taking medicines on time, although recommended for 5 days, but I am not able to eat which is causing heat in stomach and this mouth ulcers I think and pimples on face n 2 on stomach. I am having paracetamol 650 mg as well given by doctor for 5 days but fever is not going. It is severe tonsillitis , viral fever and mouth ulcers that is making me more down. How many days do you think I would take to be fine and eat well,

I'm male 24 yrs ,earlier body overheat normal temperature after 3 days temperature changes in between 98 to 99.8 widal negative again after 5 days widal o&h 1:160 taken antiboitics like gudcef,ornio,azithral,moxinow for 14 days ,then Widal negative antioiotics stopped for 1 mnth,but still temperature pattern is same,esr 25,chest x ray normal,mantoux normal,thyroid normal,us abdomen normal,no abnormal cells,CRP  6,smear for mp negative,taken doxt-xl antiboitic for 5 days blood test done esr 25,widal igg&igm negative,blood culture negative,twbc 5600,trbc, 6.3 Millon's, platelet 1.65laks,pcv 60,on 60 th day went to doctor prescribe to do some tests CRP 6,RF assay negative,scrub typus negative,ESR 10,,Here ESR reduced from 30 to 10 ,but my temperature during 2 mnths is same morning after 8am increases to 99 afternoon goes to 99.6 ,sometimes 99.8 ,evening after 9 or 10pm it is normal,doctors pls tell what is the reason for this variations in temperature.
