Recently Answered Questions on Flavoxate

Since last month i have been suffering from frequent urination(with the volume of urine being more). Each time i eat medicine the symptoms gets suppressed and when i leave medication it comes back. I was on a prescribed course of flavoxate 200mg twice a day for 5 days recently. After it has ended its the 2nd day of me being without medication. The urination is less than before and i try to hold the urine as much as possible and creating much time gap so that my bladder gets trained.. but when my bladder is full i sometimes feel very slight muscle cramp/feel of slight discomfort at the top right corner of my bladder(very very slight) and that also when i walk or cough hard.. so can this be IC symptoms? But i heard if you have IC you get frequent urination with less amount of urine. But my urine volume is more! And also flavoxate reduces the frequency... please help me. And my age is 21, m a boy. This prblem staryed around February 7-8th.

I am feeling pain before urination and also feeling pain inside the penis sometimes. And sometimes pain at lower belly. I am going to urologist's chamber and pescribed "flavoxate 200 mg" and "ciprofloxacin" two times per day but after taking the medicine two times i just feeling uncomfortable at lower belly is it normal or not? How to resque myself from this situation

She has been delivery on 30th, after that she is having stomach ache and loose motions as well. I am sharing her ultrasound report of the abdomen and also the medicine. 1. Rifaximin 200mg 2. metrogyl 400mg. 3. cefpodoxime proxetil and potassium clavulanate tablets 4.Enzoheal -D 5. Flavoxate tablet Please prescribe some medicine which can improve her health and also share if you have any advice.

I am the same guy who posted a long query asking about IC I had frequent urination for more than a month which was able to be suppressed when I take flavoxate. Agter my last prescribed course of flavoxate(flavocip) my frequent urination came under control somehow(its been the 3rd day m being without medicine and pretty much controlling the urination but there's a little feel of urine in my urethra). Now m pretty worried about IC. I knw i think a lot bt cant help it until i get an answer :(. Here m attaching 2 pictures where i can feel a dull ache when i press that location. I want to know, is the bladder located there? And can this be IC or something else? I feel slight discomfort in my left testes too. Very slight..please someone help mee.. There is bleeding after complete discharge of urine.I repeat bleeding occurs after complete discharge of urine and I feel that I am urinating more frequently than normal course. I am also feeling weakness. In addition to the above I wish to share that couple of days I got wedded and made first time relation with my partner. I have doubt of UTI so I am having following medication: 1.Cefixime 200 Mg 2.Flavoxate 200 Mg 3.Disodium Hydrogen Citrate 1.37g/5 ml. Syrup I had this medication today itself but there is no improvement till the time. Please give your candid opinion.

I was suffering from frequent urination(with the volume/amount of urination being high each time i urinate) since 4-5 weeks. I have been on antibiotics like oford lb and another one along with urikind(flavoxate). When i took the medicines the frequency and urge was getting suppressed and when i left medicine it came back. Now recently i visited another urologist who had prescribed me with flaxocip for 5 days, 2 tab each day. And after that, its been the 3rd day since m holding off without urge or bladder irritation. But now, sometimes after peeing i feel the urine getting stored at the urethra of my penis which is causing irritation(feel of urine all the time). What should i do? Should i eat antibiotic for tonight? What can be causing this?

I have been suffering from more frequent urinating problem since from 6 months ago..when i went to  go for pee after 1 min  urge to go pee again..when sitting or sleeping position urge to pee than stand or walk... difficult to start pee then start to stop pee..i feel bladder is not empty ..then i consult urologist ..he do cystoscopy then anterior Urtheritis can seen then he prescribed Azithromycin , Doxycycline, Cranberry extract softgel capsule , Nitrofurantoin, flavoxate & Alfuzosin hydrochloride..but not cure anymore..after 1 month  again i went to follow up then he do urine R/E ..but report is normal..then prescribed tab. Gabapentin 300mg for 15 days...USG & all the lab report is normal...but not cure iam go to pee 15/20 min difference now...what i can do report plz help me... Reports: Urea : 22mg% Creatinine : 0.7mg% Blood sugar( F ) : 96mg%

As my doctor prescribed i was taking flavoxate for 5 days so that my frequent urination stop(which lasted since more than a month and always gets suppressed with medicine). Now its been a week since my medication was over and my frequent urination(with more volume) stopped. But now since 2-3 days i was having gas problems(nausea and feeling of fullness after eating), abdominal cramps( very mild) and when i press the area down to left to my navel i felt ache.. while my FU had gone away fr a while i had a feeling of urine in urethra bt that was controllable.. also, when i press the area near my left hip bone i feel pain(more like a crampy ache) and also i have discomfort in my left leg.. i feel a slight heavy on my left leg and also my freq urintn returned(i get to urinate evry 2 hr now) As per prvs tests prescrbd by docs i have done Ultra snd whole abdomen(all normal bt i hv ectopic kidney), cbc, diabetes tst, urinalysis(all came -ve). Cn dis b an uti which is nt detected? Or smt else?

I was suffering from frequent urination since last month, when i took flavoxate it went away and later returned back after 2-3 days. But recently (last saturday onwards). I took only flavocip tablets twice a day for 5 days as prescribed by the doc. This Wednesday it was over. And m holding on pretty good after its over. I am trying to retrain my bladder by holding it for longer time intervals.. life 4-5-6 hrs etc.. but sometimes i feel a slight discomfort when m coughing or sometimes m walking(very very very light pain 1/20 i would say) or say it as a spasm that i can feel. I have added pictures of the location where it happens, just down to the left side of my stomach as pointed in the photo. If i press that position when m standing i dnt hav ne pain but while i m sleeping with my knees up and press that i feel a slight pain.. is the urinary bladder located there? I guess not. Its like when i press that location and pushh it upwards i feel a slight achy sensation. Please ans d qstns
