Get a CUE and Urine Culture and microscopy first to confirm it is UTI. USG abdomen and pelvis will help to rule out other possibilities.

Get your urine routine and microscopy as well as culture done. Even if it's UTI, these antibiotics are not working and you need to see which antibiotics work. Of it's not UTI, then to rule out kidney stone you need to get a Sonography done.
