Left breast My left breast is slightly bigger than that of my right Also I see green veins like blood vessel on left breast going into the areola It is even painful sometimes and I ignore this fact by thinking that just because I write with my left hand continuously it's more painfull Right breast I don't see any green veins over it Also there's no pain in my right breast any time Things that are common in both of my breast 1) My nipples are of irregular boundaries 2) Also there are white spots on both of my breast (except the aerola) as seen in image 3) My breast are sometimes itchy 4) Temperature of both are also greater than rest of my body 5) Also I have pus like red small pimples 6) Whenever I touch my breast they contract rapidly making my nipple hard, erect and protruding  and  in  normal state they are flat Please note that it's not my breast photos but it is 100% same as of mine

I am Jude Serrao aged 19 , to be honest I used to smoke a lot of cigarettes a day daily and drink alot of alcohol for 1 year . However I quit for some time but then again relapsed but now I'm clean , from 1 years time I'm having reddish like thing on sides of my tongue but also on left side I have a whitesh like patch with small 2 boil like structures and a small vein like structure and when touched it continuously it hurts the vein like structure, it's been for 1 year I had checked it out with 2 local docs , an ent surgeon of 20 years experience he told me it's 100 percent not cancer but the cream he gave didn't work then I went to an oncologist of 20 years experience and he told me to check out with dentist as he might suggest it is because I have sharp teeth which is actually a fact but honestly it's lasted this long is really concerning and I fear I might have tongue cancer 😭😭😭😭 please anyone is there hope

Hi sir/madam, I visited a dermatologist for mild hair loss in july'24, doc prescribed me oral minoxidil IP 2.5mg and minoxidil 10% lotion and a few vitamin tablets (Androfol-m, HHcal-trol, vitamin d3). I stopped the treatment after one month(Aug'24) of usage due to health issues. Moreover, I got to know that minoxidil must be used life long, I was unaware of this fact back then when I was using it. Now I'm losing more hair than earlier and my hair condition literally gone worse( scalp visibility). I don't have family history of baldness. Currently (Nov'24) I'm taking above mentioned vitamin supplements without minoxidil. I'm confused whether I'm in shedding phase( effect of minoxidil) or hair loss. Kindly suggest what to do

I have been observing that I am low on confidence since I parted ways with a narcissistic guy. Its been a few years to it. I have moved on and happier than ever so I am not carrying any past emotions. However, I have noticed this change in me since then of being low in confidence in action and speech. I have been keeping myself busy, working on career but my performance in every field is is not bold. Also to add, I am not doing this to "distract" myself. I am genuinely occupied in life. I thought I am a perfectionnist but the fact is, that I am just low on confidence to realise my worth. My close ones think that I have a careless/chill attitude but it all comes down to me not realising my 100% potential in anything I do. I have a great company of people around me. However, I deeply miss my bold and firm personality. I would need tips on how to work on myself. Kindly suggest how can I get better at it. I believe in my strength but something inside me is an obstacle i dont know of

My son is 2 years 6 months old. He weighs about 11.50 kg now and is pretty active. He doesn't eat much. We are worried about his speech delay. He is not saying any words. He is only blabbering and trying to make sounds like 'appa' 'oooo' 'abba', 'mamama', 'dedda', etc. He screams, points to objects and says nothing else. Reacts when we call his name but doesn't follow instructions. Plays with all his toys and he knows how each of his toys works. When we teach him words, which are in fact very few, he only repeats the first syllable that too after repeated prompting. We have shown him to a peadtrician, ENT and psychiatrist. They say it's normal. We have also done BERA test and result were normal. Doctors have advised us to reduce screen time for the baby and train him at home. As prescribed by doctors we are giving him omega 3 syrup and Iron supplements. Is there anything we are missing out on? Should we be worried? Is there any other specialist that we should consult. Kindly guide us.

I am 31 yrs old engineer. I am married and due to unavoidable situation I am feeling like I am exhausting my life each and everyday. I have 8 month old son and my wife always unhappy with the fact that the baby was unplanned. My wife is working professional and she has very bad relationship with my parents. My parents are very much selfish and I mean it. They only care about themselves, threw me out of house, Now my father is diagnosed with cancer being a single child I have to do all the required work due to that my career is at stake. I cant stay with my family and my in-laws also behave very badly with me. Only thing they valued is money. I do not have home or car and cant lead luxurious life though I earn 55000 per month. All facilities they took from me, from baby seater to responsible child. Disrespectful behaviour towards me is always present. You wont believe my mother think that I will still my father's money due to my financial situation. only thing I like is work now.

I had my last eye test in march 2022, in which I had -0.25 and -0.50/cylindrical power in my left and right eye respectively. Earlier my right eye cylindrical power was 0.25 as well but I got increased. Lately I have noticed if I look vvv closely than long straiglines on my phone or wall little look slanted in the end. I had my fundus photo, and full peripheral ratina checkup in July 2022. Because I was seeing floaters. The ratina specialist said everything was okay... The floaters have significantly reduced now. I also tried performing an amsler test on my phone itself looking at the grid and acc to me all lines appear straight to me in it without any broken or missed areas. My distance vision has also  also gotten blurrier even with glasses on. It also made me dizzy and nauseous, in fact I am more comfortable without my glasses these days. Is this because of cylindrical power? Or do I have Macular degeneration, I am just 23.

Hello Doctors, as I had mentioned in my previous query, twice this has happened : First incidence was a week ago, when I was lying in bed ready to sleep, when suddenly I got up to switch off something. I started feeling very dizzy, in fact even when I tried to lie down, I felt even more dizzy as if the walls of ceiling were turning or my vision was going round and round and then also felt pain in my groin region. A week before this episode, I had woke up with extreme pain in my grown that eased out gradually on going to toilet, so thought it was gas. Today, felt very tired from morning, when I woke up from sleep, felt dizzy. I had taken precaution dose of Covishield vaccine on 25/08/22, so less than a month. Can this be due to side effects of the vaccine as even the blood related clotting issue was supposed to be monitored between 4-28 days from getting vaccine? I am very concerned, since I never felt dizzy like this before these two episodes.

Namaste Doctor, I am 23 years old. I have tonsil problem since long. In fact, since my childhood, right side tonsil is slightly swelled. But, i don't experience any other symptoms like pain or difficulty in swallowing. But, if i get slight cold, i feel itchiness or tickling sensation there. Now, i have only one issue i.e. frequent occurrence of "tonsil stones". I can see there are "total 3 crypts" present in both side tonsils. In a period of two weeks, i need to remove those with earbuds. I have attached pic of my throat (may look red due to light). Please advice me medication or solutions if i can cure it without surgery. I was thinking to try Himalaya's oro-T for gargling but it will only wash away the outside bacteria. (p.s- i have gastric issues as well and mucus accumulation at the end of nasal path and throat). My baby is 1.4year old. She recovered from dengue, since 5months. Still her eating habits not revert as normal ... In fact she doesn't have hunger at all... No 3tyms food In a day... Or if she doesn't like or want to eat, she refuse ... I actually not compelling her, allowing her whenever she like to eat. It depends on time I gave food to her... She like to eat small portion at a tym in regular intervals like 1 n half hour. Am giving... Is it okay or what should I do to increase her appetite...??? Second thing is, my baby always use to cry or scream like anything else in midnight everyday... Once v comfort her she ll slp... She even not open her eyes but screaming like anything else... Today suddenly she throw up wat she had in dinner... Is tat bcos of intense cry or wat...?? Am sooo feared ... She s not having proper hunger, also she vomitted wat she had ... Is her health ok ...??
