Hi , Doctor has given me enoxaparin injection during the start of my pregnancy and then I moved out of India. But here the doctor is saying we don't give enoxaparin only we give aspirin 75. I am bit confused like how to decide when should I stop taking enoxaparin? Any suggestions would be helpful.

I am taking Enoxaparin 40 mg injection daily due to higher Homocysteine level during pregnancy. Currently I am using Evaparin of Intas Pharma. Can I use Lonopin of Bharat Serums. Both have same content, but Lonopin (Bharat Serums) is available at cheaper rate. I can go for it.
