Hiya I had a plc acl and a high tibia osteotomy last week on the 28th sept. I am now taken paracetamol 500ml x 2 and codine phosphate 30mg x 2 and I have enoxaparin injections 40mg for 10 days. I had pains in my belly last night an this morning I went the toilet had a wee an went back to bed. But had to get back up to go for a number 2 cos I had pains still in my belly went the toilet when I wiped it was full of blood. My father was diagnosed with covid 19 +ve and on the same day we started treatment of favipiravir with doctor instruction, but after 3 days when we were going to hospital suddenly he fall on ground and he vomited and dedication occured and hand and leg was shaking extremely after that we admited him in hospital there they started treatment of remdisivir, steroids and enoxaparin but condition was not spo2 was not improving so doctor decided to give him bevacizumab inj. After that his condition was improved but after 2 days he diagnosed with ICU psychosis and we consulted neuropsychiatric and they started treatment of ESCITOLAPRAM and BUSPIRON but his condition psychosis was not improving so we decided to take him home and right now he is at home everything his fine his spo2 is maintained 95-98 on 1lit but his hand is shaking not much but little bit he is having difficulty to rotate his wrist while fist his tongue movement is little bit uncontrolled and brain CT and electrolytes is norma

She is undergoing Covid Treatment and its 8th day today. She is having Chest Pain starting 4th day during Normal breathing and sharp pain during inhaing/yawning, also breathlessness. CRP value was 38.4 in tests done on 3rd day, HRCT score was 5/25 done on 5th day of symptoms and D-Dimer value was 0.91 in tests done on 7th day. She is already on Fabiflu cource and 16mg Steroid along with Doxy 100mg twice a day. Based on D-Dimer value, she had 2 injection of Enoxaparin 40 in last 24 hour since the report came. What could be the reason behind Chest pain and breathlessness when CT score was 5/25 l, where my other known had value 9 or 12 and they don't have any such painful symptoms? Is the virus still even with having medicine? Any other parameters to look for where Physician haven't reached yet?

My mother had spine surgery (Laminectomy and discectomy) on July 29th, 2020 and 31st, July 2020 we discharged my mother. During September, leg swollen got increased in both legs and it is not reduced days goes on..We took  LFT, RFT, Venous Doppler test. After reviewing the report, the doctor told there is DVT formed in the leg and asked us admit in hospital. They put Enoxaparin injection 2 times in day for 3 days. We could see both leg swollen got reduced completely. After we discharged to home  and doctor suggested to put same injection for next 3 days and asked to put Warfarin tablet. We did as per doctor suggested. After some week , leg swollen got increased moderately and still being in the same level. When they sit or walk for some 5 to 10 min the leg swollen increased again.. When we check with doctor, the doctor says it will cure in further months and asked to continue Warfarin tablet. But we little feared, please suggest how long it will take to cure leg Swelling...

My wife missed her period by over a week however there was a slight spotting observed around 11th oct and nothing else. Her LMP date was - 08th Sep'2023. On 15th Oct we did pregnancy test and result was positive. She is currently 5 weeks and 2 days pregnant basis last LMP date. Her 1st beta HCG test was done on 15th oct and value was 452, doctor asked to repeat the test on 17th Oct and the latest value is 472 (not a significant increase in HCG count).. Doctor has currently advised her to take Duphaston 10mg, Ecospirin 75mg, Foliott and Doxyott tablets.. She had an abortion 10 years back; Doctor also advised to take enoxaparin injections for 10 days but has asked now to stop injections after looking at the latest HCG TEST results.. Is there anything to worry or should we wait for some more time to repeat the HCG  test and see the latest results as the HCG Count has not been as expected ?? Any other valuable advise please

My mom is suffering from covid 19 from 1st April which was detected on 7th April through RT-PCR test . She had fever, loose motion, cold, dry cough, chest pain , a little difficulty  in breathing etc. We had done chest ct scan and echo test before RT-PCR which reports shows moderate pnemonia with ct score 9/25 . but after some medications in Covid hospital, like multivitamin,vitamin c, doxycycline,ceftriaxone,pantoprazole,enoxaparin injection for 6-7 days she get recovered and discharged. Now she had little bit of cough and loose motion like 2-3 times Sir , I want to know about my mom's post covid treatment and test which I have to be done So please advise regarding her treatment and medication and any other things for which we need to be careful during her recovery.

My mother 52 yr old suffering Leg swelling with pain for past 1 year. She is not able to walk normally. My mother undergone spine surgery last year July'20. During Sep'21 she got extream swelling in the leg. We took test and found DVT is formed. The surgeon who operated spine surgery, invited us to admit in hospital. He put Enoxaparin injection 3 days. Leg swelling reduced completely. He adviced to take Warfarin tablet. We came home but after some days again leg swelling started. This time(Jan 2021)we checked NEUROLOGY doctor Ranganathan Jyothi in chennai. He checked all reports, said DVT will take year to cure so you need to wait. He adviced to take Dabigatran , Neuropill and vitamintablets. Somehow leg swelling reduced, but if she walks, or sit for 10 to 15 minutes leg swelling increasing again and getting extream pain in the pain. She's not able to walk freely. Till now she is getting leg swelling and pain. I am getting fear, whether I am going right treatment? Or not. Pls help me.

Gave to my dad he got oxygen level 78 in evening after that i gave him oxygen through cylinder then its gone to 92 in 1hr after that i gave him the homeopathy medicine () in short amount to increase oxygen after this i got the reports of him his HBA1C is 12.6 and CRP is 78.0
