Asked for Female, 24 Years

Tested covid positive 14days ago...on inj enoxaparin od for 5 days, in home isolation...ne blood reports normal...no comorbidity... normal vitals...is any thing side-effect about inj enoxaparin...as have nasal STUFFINESS!For 7 days... blacking discoloration at site of injection...
