I have a swelling in my left testicular since. 2 weeks. I don't have any pain. I have taken some medicine like dolonex 20 mg 1 bd. and doxycycline 100 one bd. My swelling in decrease. Once Complete and again appear. But it is gone now again when I repeated medicine. But now I have got an lump on lower side of my left testicle.

Hip joint replacement was done 06/02/2023 , Post operative pain hip area and foot area . Dr prescribed medicine Paracetamol 650 dolonex dt 20 but no relief. Only walking pain hip area and foot pain

I get the filling done on my toith 3 days back. Since yesterday i m feeling pain but from the evening this pain is increasing. Sipping cold water gives me relax but for 2 mins. In evening i had 1 dolonex dt. After one hr combiflam but pain didnt come down. Finally i had Acyclofenac wid paracetamol. No relief seen. At 2 am in nite i had Ketorol dt tablet. Pls suggest what shd i do now. I m having severe pain. Cant sleep

Often (from 6yrs) I get severe pain  in shoulder, knee pain, palm pain, joint pain, bone paim once in 15days..  I had taken calcirol for several months , uric acid is also normal.. I take dolonex Dr tablet for severe pain but dint find permanent solutions.. I have avoided spinach and mushroom also.. Can you plz advise here. *"As I m a endometriosis patient, also  infertility so I'm avoiding to take other treatment"*

Ive been having a slight headache yesterday night , i took a painkiller (panadol) which wasnt effective at all, at morning it got worse, im already having a tooth infection which went all up to the roots which may have been the cause the of headache, but as per my doctors suggestion i took (dolonex) which again did not make any change in the pain. Swollen right side of mouth since 5 days. Unable to eat properly as I am unable to open my mouth. Problem while chewing food.pain near jaw bones. Saw a doctor and he gave medicines for 5 days- D-Rise 60K (to be taken once a week), Dolonex DT (one daily after meals), BecoZinc (one daily after meals). I cant see much improvement even after taking it since 4 days. No pain in tooth or gums. Pains while i sleep in night or while eating food. What should I do now??

I m having fibromyalgia from last month and doctor gave me dolonex and DUBEL-M but l still have lots of pain in my whole body no change in my condition so doctor changed my medicine and given me nucoxia , daxid and pregabid nt but the day I started this medicine l m having really fast heartbeats now l have not taken this medicine from 2 days still having fast heartbeat what should I do to get back it to normal?

My mother slipped off on wet floor and fell on her back. Attached are her X-ray report. Doctor told 11th vertebra of her back bone is displaced. He has recommended 2 weeks of complete bed rest.
