Bulky ovary and uterus
I am a mother of 6yr old. I had severe pain on right side of my stomach..was prescribed Dolonex dt wch subsided pain. However in sonography it was detected 3mm stones in both kidneys and benign cysts in cervix. Bulky ovary and bulky uterus. I was just worried if this requires any further treatment.
P.s- my menstruation flow has gone very low since few years.

With the information that you have given, the medical treatment with antispasmodic drug and some antibiotics may be good enough.
There seems to be no indication for Surgery.
