Severe pain in right ovary from I-pill
Dear Doctors, We got married recently. My wife's 1st day of last menstrual was on 25th March (35-40 days cycle) and she took 4 i-pills on consecutive days (01-04th April). She experienced very heavy bleeding from 02nd week of April with severe lower abdominal pain, tiredness, severe mood swing & emotional changes, dry skin & ithy skin. Now for the past 3 days she has severe pain in the right ovary and nauseas. Please advise. Thank you. Regards.

Refrain from taking non prescribed I pill / any medication as they do cause emergency conditions with high morbidity rate. Get a TVS ultrasound done and consult a gynaecologist in person
