Hello Doctors 5.7mm kidney stone illegally & forcefully staying at the right vesicoureteric junction with mild  HYDROURETERONEPHROSIS  . I took Deflazacort 30mg+ Tamsulosin 0.4 for 10 days along with Citro Soda & Ston 1B6. But it didn't seem to help, I still feel a bit protruding pain on the right side particularly after drinking water. Please advise, how long can I wait before resorting to ESWL, & what medicines to continue till then for smooth passage & 0% damage to kidney due to hydronephrosis. Thanks

What does it mean disc bulge at L4-L5 and and L3-L4? Does medication alone clears the root cause? I have been suffering it for 2 months. There is some temporary pain relief with deflazacort , no pain killers or injections had given me the instant relief even now too. When I sit on crossed legs still for 5 mins, along the thigh till foot I am getting pains. I had got internal swelling near the thigh around pelvic section, whatever medications I had used, it was still there and Making me to sleep or sit uncomfortable too while doing work. What is the solution for it?

Hi I was exposed to covid 19 on 15th april 2021 in india and was tested negative on 23rd April 2021. I was treated with injectable steroid for 4 days followed by 27days Deflazacort tabs. First 10 days 60mg,followed by 30mg For next 10 days and 12 mg for 7 days. I stopped my medications on 17th May. I am feeling healthy now. I moved to USA on 8th of May.Could you please help me by letting me know, When it will be safe for me to take Pfizer/Moderna vaccine?

My nose has been blocked for 20 days now, have eye pain too. I am ex covid, treated with 120mg methylpred from 9-16 april, and then 24mg deflazacort per day as discharge meds for next 14 days till 1 May. My sugars are normal (100fbs/135ppbs). I DID CT PNS, MRI PNS and ORBIT, it came clear, still I wanted to know, till when I am at risk of mucormycosis. It has been 20 days I left oral steroids and 35 days post discharge. I asked thid earlier but got vague responses "it depends on lot of factors" etc. please give detailed responses.

Is deflazacort 6mg high dose of steroid? my dad got his first symptom of covid on 15th april, that time his crp was 60, today his crp is 23, however sgpt is 75. Attaching the reports for reference. he does have mild cough and he is diabetic, with sugar level 130 empty stomach. he was advised defcor 6 today. Please guide me how to keep his sugar level intact In the evening his temperature rises to 100.3-100.7. Can there be any risk of black fungus. He was recovered at home, now his oxygen level is 97-99.

My father is suffering from sinus related problem for d past 3 months. A yellowish smelly discharge is coming from his left nostril from d past 3 months.He had taken medicines such as deflazacort 6 mg, amoxycillin & potassium clavulanic acid 625 mg, fexofinadine & montelukast, fluticasone nasal sparay.but his condition had not improved yet.when he is taking d medicine he is feeling better but soon after 8 hours of result he is feeling same pain .now doctor suggested him to go for sinus surgery .is it right decission to go for d surgery & also let me know the cost of d surgery.

Ear pain started week ago.initially ignored and used painkillers.turned severe in few days .went to doctor.dr prescribed deflazacort 6mg 3 times,cefpodoxime protexil 200 and fexofenadine and phenylephrine 10mg.Gave one benzoin solution for steam.2 days but still extreme pain starts when I keep my head on bed and I immediately wake up.Pain becomes extremely harsh and I am unable to sleep at all since 2 days in night.Please name nasal decongestant spray or tab (specific drug) which i should use to get bit relief.since pain killers are not working well.And what should be dosage of spray or tab (nasal decongestant)

Dear Dr, I have itching all over the body, from few year's (approx 4 yrs) after taking treatment for sometime it is fine again after few months it starts, I have itching on face , neck, under my knees, head-scalp, under my thighs, back , arm pits, around groin, foreskin it is severe at the bottom of my belly, (Attached photo) "This is more when my bladder is full, after I clear my bladder and bowel there is some relief". What would be the cause for this itching, I tried allopathic recently and took Corton-6 (Deflazacort 6mg), Levocitriezine (Dihydrochloride) and Topisal-6% Lotion for head. Tried even Homoeopathy treatment also, it is not getting cured completely, any problem with Kidney or Liver or any other... What test is to be done or Which specialist should I consult for this problem.

I got severe itching in vuvla region , so doctor gave a prescription for 5 days after  i complete the 5 day medicine, very  next night i spotted vaginal bleeding , should i be worried about it?  And what should i do about vaginal bleeding right now?  and my last period 3 jan 2023 Medicine was - 1.
