  4. Sinus problem. The cost of d surgery.

My father is suffering from sinus related problem for d past 3 months. A yellowish smelly discharge is coming from his left nostril from d past 3 months.He had taken medicines such as deflazacort 6 mg, amoxycillin & potassium clavulanic acid 625 mg, fexofinadine & montelukast, fluticasone nasal sparay.but his condition had not improved yet.when he is taking d medicine he is feeling better but soon after 8 hours of result he is feeling same pain .now doctor suggested him to go for sinus surgery .is it right decission to go for d surgery & also let me know the cost of d surgery.

Get a nasal endoscopy. CT scan of nose and PNS has to be done. Then a decision can be taken whether he needs surgery or not.
