Why i have been prescribed cyclosporine for eyes.. I have also been given softdrops and aqua gel.. Is cyclosporine harmful for eyes?

Is cyclosporine safe for severe dry eyes? I've tried all regular eye drops and supplements but lately the symptoms have worsened. I understand that it's an immunosuppresant, so there may be some side effects. However I've read that eye drops (0.05% vol) are generally safe. Please advise.

Respected doctor's I'm taking cyclosporine since last 16 weeks started from 200mg per day then reduced to 50mg, because of relapse again gone back to 150mg per day since last 5 weeks ,issue now is my pottasium level was 4.0 normal before 5 weeks again checked today it's 6.6 highly elevated ,what's the next steps untill I meet the dermatologist next Tuesday 12/12/23,I have no symptoms but highly worried.eczema also fully cleared shall I straightaway stop taking cyclosporine meds until text tuesday,please reply awaiting  advice from you doctors, thank you attached all lab reports

I was suffering from severe aplastic anemia. So I went to a doctor and he was suggest to me for hatg and cyclosporine. I was thinking hatg but not cyclosporine. After this my platelets are normal but my hemoglobin are not increase. Second time my doctor say to me for taking cyclosporine or tacrolimus. Sir, I have psoriasis covering 75% of my body surfaces. Doc put me on cyclosporine 100mg three times a day since I have fatty liver grade 3. So methotrexate was not tried although my LFT was normal. I Took cyclosporine for 14 days and doc switched to apremilast. Now apremilast isn't helping me . I can't afford biologics . Is there any other option left for me ? I don't want to be on cyclosporine too as I developed covid pneumonia.
