Why i have been prescribed cyclosporine for eyes.. I have also been given softdrops and aqua gel.. Is cyclosporine harmful for eyes?

Hi Cyclosporine eye drops are immunomodulator complexes. They work for moderate to severe dry eye by decreasing the ocular inflammation. They are given with other tear substitutes as required.
