This is suggestive of allergy eye disease...
Try
A. Avoid rubbing eyes
B cold compresses help.
C. Use antiallergic eyedrop like olopat twice daily along with lubricating eyedrop
D. Soft steroid may be required in pulse dose in severe cases.
Having said that, it is provisional diagnosis. Consult local ophthalmologist for detailed evaluation

Repeated itching and redness is usually due to Allergy.
Next Steps
please DON'T rub eyes, cold packs will reduce itching.
U can start with Winolap DS eye drop at bedtime
Refresh tears 1 drop 4 times a day.
if it is not reducing with this, we have to start with mild steroid drop. But pls visit nearest Ophthalmologist if there is no improvement.
