I feel as though I cannot cope anymore as everything has become so overwhelming for me. I don't enjoy what I used to and have lost interest in my horses. I don't like going out anymore as I used to as I feel like everyone is watching me and talking about me so I avoid going out. I prefer to stay on my own so I can avoid this but I keep overthinking everything when I'm on my own and I can't cope with how I think about myself anymore. I don't see the point in doing this.

People expect either Beauty,intelligence or boldness from a person. Beauty & intelligence are inherited. Also parenting plays a big role in all three. My dad was not strict with me in education. Plus they are not that much educated. I am finding it difficult to cope up. Society is not accepting me becoz I am not exceptional in any one not highly qualified but have done masters not a beauty queen but average look and not too bold becoz of my brought up. I had to look after my mom who was sick they took help from me & putting the blame or pressure on me now. So I cldnt score much I mean 100%. I scored 75%. This shld come from childhood but now adding pressure on me is it going to help they are not understanding out of guilt or they wanted to escape from the society so they are doing like this how to handle this. I tried max but I am able to succeed only what I can do.
